This is a Wadworth managed house but apparently the menu is set by the manager and approved by the brewery. The management couple therefore have real ownership of their food offering and it shows. They were away the day we had lunch but you would not have known it. Ciabata rolls were warm and generously filled ( crayfish & rocket , marinated grilled lamb), the terrine was very good and home made and the desserts delicious (espresso creme brulee, and a pecan fudge brownie both served with first rate salted caramel ice cream). Good coffee and spotless loos rounded it all off! We will return.
