Owner description: RIVINO Winery is located between the Russian River and Highway 101 in Mendocino County. Our facility truly is a boutique, and although small, we have ensured that all our equipment and processes are of the highest levels possible. From the beginning of harvest through the end of bottling we ensure that the grapes and juice are minimally handled, and only in the gentlest of ways. The RIVINO Tasting Room is open 7 days a week 10-5.We look forward to your visit!

“Great People Great Wines”
Reviewed 5 November 2013

Best wine tasting ever!! No snobby pompous host! Just real people who have a passion for wine! Our host Damien was absolutely down to earth, witty with a vast knowledge of wine. The owner is just as welcoming and charismatic. It is great to see people doing what they have a passion for! Their passion shows in their work for some remarkable wines! The view from the deck is spectacular!

“A Fantastic Mendocino County Experience”
Reviewed 20 August 2013

Rivino is an exceptional winery with a wonderful place to relax and enjoy both the wine and the view. There isn't a wine they make that I don't like. Not being much on the whites, the Chardonnay they make is good enough to change anyone's mind. The Cabernet Franc is memorable. Their blend, Sedulous is also spot-on. This is a great place to drink a fantastic glass/bottle of wine with friends, look out over the vineyards from whence the grapes were harvested, and take in the beautiful valley that some of us are blessed to call home.

“Friday night Happy Hour(s)”
Reviewed 28 May 2013

Rivino Winery is a lovely spot just off the 101 Freeway at the south end of Ukiah. The deck on the east side of the winery has a spectacular view of the valley where you can share in glasses or a bottle of wine with friends. Friday nights come with entertainment making it for a great way to end the week. The wines are excellent as well. Bring a snack, buy a bottle of wine and share the end of the work week with friends.

“One of the best kept secrets!”
Reviewed 7 December 2012

I'm local and have my choice of visiting one of 100+ wineries in Mendocino County. Yep, there are that many. If you want sip excellent wine and enjoy a million dollar view, this is the place. I enjoy the friendly atmosphere and I LOVE all of the wines. They are made in small lots with great care. If your lucky you might even get to meet Benny the beagle. :) This is a spot not to be missed.
