The rooms are large. Each room is apartment style with a separate bedroom and kitchen and living room. Came to Victorville for work. They gave a great corporate rate. Staff is very friendly and the rooms are extremely clean.

Pleased with accommodation. Full kitchenette, bed was firm and pillows comfy. Got a good nite's sleep. Stayed 3 nights, comfortable room. Good central location. Staff were very helpful and pleasant. Would stay there again.

My husband, four kids and I checked into this hotel on 2/23/18 at approximately 10:00pm. When we arrived, they put us in a room on the 4th floor. Immediately upon exiting the elevator, the entire floor reeked of urine and cigarette smoke. When entering the room, the curtains had cigarette burns, the walls were cracked and had holes that were painted over. The bathroom showerhead had calcium build up and the tub looked like it hadn't been washed in ages. There was only (3) large towels NO WASH CLOTHS and we requested more but they had none available, which is understandable considering all hotels in the area were sold out and we arrived very late for our reservation. The staff member told us that she would have some delivered first thing in the morning (which never happened). That morning, my family awoke to make it down stairs for breakfast. The breakfast was DISGUSTING and to add insult to injury, we could not take the breakfast back to our room, and was informed that each plate was a $5.00 charge if removed from the breakfast area. There was no way that I was going to pay $30.00 for food that I wouldn't even feed my dogs. So we threw the plates away, giving Denny's my $30.00 that day! We then dressed and left for the day leaving the maid service sign on the door. We returned to still no wash cloths but more dry towels; and MAID SERVICE WAS NOT DONE! Our neighbors openly smoked cigarettes and drugs in the hallway on a non-smoking floor with children around. We NEVER got 6 wash cloths, only 3 and the so called customer service we received was appalling. I complained to the staff repeatedly over the weekend regarding the lack of service we were receiving and, about how disgusting the property was but of course nobody cared to listen. We will NEVER stay here again, and I WOULD NOT recommend this hotel to ANYONE especially those with children! We booked this hotel through Expedia and did a reservation because it was the only hotel remaining with availability. Next time, I'll sleep outside in the freezing cold before I step foot in this hotel again!

Like a lot of other reviews here, we too chose price over perfectness. We just needed a place to rest our weary eyelids. AND that is exactly what we got. Room was nice and very clean, needs lots of tender care in minor repairs and new linens. Checking in was, much to our surprise, very awkward and made us very nervous. To start off with, we had to be buzzed in at the front door, it was before 10 pm. The agent at the desk was nice but very curt in her approach, the room deposit was three times our room rate and was suggested to be in cash if we wanted back upon check out. (There was an ATM in lobby) Both of us had show our ID which was attached to the room information. After casual conversation about locking us in and all the security measures needed to stay there, we found out the gal helping us was new to the job and joked about “it’s better to be safe than sorry”. So... we went to our room commenting that it was probably more for her safety than ours because she was alone at the front desk.
Little did we know that morning would shed new light on the situation.... waking up to heavy pot smells and loud chatter in the hall was one thing, but low lighting around both mirrors making impossible to apply any make-up and the mold that showed up around shower areas when shower room become damp was beyond anything else we wanted to deal with. checking out was a breeze, agent was very nice and they quickly checked our room and gave us back our deposit, only to be inundated with homeless style wonderers as we returned to our car. Needless to say, we probably won’t return....

We have literally stayed in hundreds of hotels and even the ones that we expected to be “interesting” don’t compare to this one.
$150 cash deposit to start. ID for everyone who’s staying. Signing an affidavit that states you won’t disturb other guests or lose your cash deposit. A parking tag for an open parking lot. The front doors were locked and it was early! Sketchy area, though the comfort suites is just on the other side of the parking lot and doesn’t have the rules this place does. Holes in the carpet match the holes in the blankets. We called for another blanket and they “don’t have any more”. I’m just surprised this place is in business other than it’s cheap, the rooms are actually nice enough and could be a great hotel with some work and proper management. They need to decide whether they’re a hotel or homeless shelter!
