I had an amazing stay here, its so refreshing to come to a nice clean bed from a long drive. Staff was great. Vincent was busy on his feet making sure everyone had a good breakfast. He even went as far as serving cereal for a guest cause her hands were full. More hotels need to hire more staff like Vincent. More
First, I don't know why people are complaining about freeway or airport noise, inside the room was very quiet for us. The airport isn't that close and is very small, not used much. Anyway, my partner and I stayed here for his family reunion in town. We always choose a hotel based on the cheapest price with best reviews. We paid $85 a night with AAA for a Friday and Saturday night here. The young lady who checked us in on June 13th was very nice and polite, and the hotel lobby was nice and clean. Our room was a bit larger than average, and a very comfy bed and pillows. I don't know who makes their pillows, but these are nice, unlike the usual for a chain like this. In the morning the ladies cleaning the rooms all spoke and greeted us, and the breakfast was pretty good with the usual variety of hot and cold choices. The nicest part was when the lady working the breakfast area went around to all the guys eating and wished each of us a happy fathers day on Sunday morning! I wish I got her name, she is a sweetheart and deserves recognition for doing a great job in there, very attentive! We did use the outdoor pool and jacuzzi, perfect temps for both, cool pool, and hot jacuzzi. Keep your rates good, and staff happy, and we'll be back. They're all doing a good job for your hotel!

We arrived on sunday very worn out from our travels the staff was super friendly and they gave us a nice suite on the 1st floor so my wife wouldnt have to go up any stairs. Also they have a great breakfast of eggs sausage and potatos and u can get cereal ifyou want that. The room was clean and best of all the bedroom had a locking door so that the kids could sleep in the fold out couch while we had a nice king size bed. There were 2 a/c units to so we could keep our room cooler then the kids anyway it was all for 100 a night. Awesome value.

We were there, as were other tourists to visit the Sequoias..Centrally located the hotel and staff had everything to make our visit comfortable..Well positioned and within a 3 minute walk to an excellent micro brewery, we couldn't ask for more. Visalia itself dies at night as no one lives in the town and are only gripe was that there wasn't any local supermarkets stores in walking distance. They were all a drive away..but I think that is the US for you, decentralised living.

From the time we talked with the front staff at this hotel, to the time that we were cheerfully greeted even though we arrived late, to the time that we checked out, we found that this hotel was committed to great customer service. We had a question about Sequoia National Park, and because the girl at the front desk was not able to answer the question at that time, she promised to call us back, and she did! We were wished a safe trip as we traveled to the hotel. The booking process was seamless, the check in process was wonderful, and the manager of this hotel is an impressive young man. Housekeeping should be commended, because the rooms are spotless. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the room had all the amenities we needed. Breakfast is served from 6 to 9 daily, and it has a good selection of food choices. The lobby is attractive and well lit, and it is very welcoming as you arrive. Luggage carts are available near the front door, and the manager even asked if we needed help with our luggage this morning. This was truly one of the most pleasant experiences we've had with a hotel. I would highly recommend the Comfort Inn and Suites in Visalia for anyone who is traveling through the area. It was an excellent value.

It's the people.... I spent four nights here at the Comfort Inn and Suites in Visalia and it was a wonderful stay thanks to the friendly staff. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the free breakfast was nice, but it was the staff...everyone I met that made this hotel a keeper.
