We stayed here for a 3 night weekend in July to celebrate our Ruby Wedding anniversary and to do some walking along the Sussex & Hampshire coasts. I chose it because of it's great location for both the coastline, Chichester & the lovely harbour area. Nik made us very welcome & upgraded us to the suite, which was great for relaxing & watching Wimbledon after our long walks in the hot sunshine. Everything we needed was already there & more. Breakfasts were delicious with fresh fruit, yogurt compote as well as a cooked breakfast. Nik also cooked us a 3 course meal for our anniversary, which we cannot fault - seafood starter, veal in sherry sauce & his speciality mini-desserts. Yummy. We had a great time and will return again, this time to visit the Portsmouth harbour sights, no great distance away.

Room Tip: The suite is spacious & has a sofa and armchair but is on a busy road

Nik had kindly upgraded us to the clean and spacious mini-suite, which, despite overlooking the main street, was quiet. Every need was catered for - including a fridge outside the door with a welcoming bottle of wine. After a wonderful night's sleep (which compared more than favourably with our previous attempt to stay overnight in Chichester), Nik prepared a beautiful breakfast. It wasn't just a cooked breakfast: it was a breakfast that was properly cooked.

Nik has an easy and engaging charm, and was a perfect host. We wouldn't think of staying anywhere else next time we're in the area.

Room Tip: Don't be put off if your room is at the front: traffic dies down at night and the windows provid...

We stayed at 82 Fisbourne for a friend's wedding last weekend. Nik was very helpful and friendly, and the room was very clean and spacious. The breakfast cooked by Nik was excellent and just what we needed the day after the wedding! Would definitely stay here again.

Thank you to all at 82 Fishbourne. Sadly we didnt meet Nik as he was away but he had arranged for Neil to look after us which he did handsomely.
All 3 rooms were clean, comfortable, tidy and well equipped. The added bonus of having a sitting area in our room meant we could sit and relax before our evening out.
Breakfast was plentiful! The main road just outside did not disturb us at all.
Highly recommend this for all types of travellers.

Having randomly chosen to stay at 82 Fishbourne several years ago, find ourselves returning each time we're in the area. Nik the owner delivers an all round 'bonhomie' few could perfect, together with comfortable accomodation and a first class breakfast. With the addition of The Old Greenhouse Restaurant, small but perfect, should your visit coincide with one of his 'special' dining events, you're in for a treat, altogether a great experience.
