Pros:
-Location
-Shower head/water pressure
-WiFi
-Mini fridge/microwave

Cons:
-Price
-Mattress/pillows
-Exterior

Not too many choices for lodging in Weaverville. We had stayed here before and it was worth returning to again (given the choices.) The prices are always ridiculously high, but once again it isn't like you have many choices and the management knows that. The exterior of the motel is a little rundown. Needs some fresh paint and attention. We stayed in a double queen-bed room that included a mini fridge, microwave, largish TV, and WiFi all included. The room was a decent size as was the bathroom. The shower had probably the best water pressure I've ever experienced at a motel. The mattresses were overly firm and unsupportive, and that sums up the wimpy pillows as well. The room was above average for cleanliness.

Room Tip: The single bed rooms are very tiny. Go with a two bed room.

The check-in process was friendly and easy. The room was clean. We had a fairly large room with two queen beds, a small refrigerator and a microwave oven.
Plus - close to the historic downtown. Good shower pressure.
Con - loud heater. Bad pillows.

Big, clean rooms. Friendly staff. Close to downtown. Only minuses were the slightly hard beds and the neighbor's TV which was pretty loud in our room (we were in the back).

Some road noise, but not too bad. The staff was courteous, furniture was dated but the room had been recently freshened and was clean. We have relatives in the area and this was our second stay at this motel.

We were on a family vacation and looking for a place at the last minute after deciding to stay in the area another night to do some white water rafting. The woman at the front desk was very pleasant. The room was okay, may need a bit of updating, but it was very clean, which is the most important thing to us. The beds were not as comforable as some but again you get what you pay for and this was a great deal. We stayed in the back area and had 2 queen beds in the room for ourselves and 1 child. The hotel is on the edge of town and very quiet but there was a gas station next door and a couple of restaurants within walking distance. Downtown is very cute and it was probably about a mile from the hotel so in my mind I would consider this walkable.
