We had the king room with a great view of sunset blvd. the employees are great to deal with and very friendly. We needed help getting around and they were very accommodating. You will not be disappointed staying there

“Great!”

Enjoyed our night here. It was good value, lovely staff and a top environment. We arrived late but nothing was a problem and the choices fantastic.

“I must have missed something important”
2 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 21 December 2013

We checked in at the hotel, and were told about breakfast in the RH in the morning and that there was a 20% discount after 5 PM

We stopped in the restaurant, to grab a quick bite before heading out. I ordered a chicken Caesar salad that was served in a soup bowl, and was disgusting. So bad in fact that I couldn't eat it.

Chalked it up to maybe me, just not liking it.

We went here for breakfast, in the morning, ordered a couple of lattes! one came with red lipstick attached to the cup, (GROSS) not a sorry in the place, poor latte to boot. Ordered eggs, used the buffet, same poor service, non caring servers, mediocre food, and obviously questionable cleanliness.

Now would I go back, Definately NOT.

“Excellent eatery.....”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 1 December 2013 via mobile

This restuarant is located within the Andaz hotel.

The atmosphere was beautiful. Glass walls divide the hotel lobby from the dining area. An open kitchen allows you to watch as the chefs dressed in pristine white uniforms cook your meal. The atrium area is a comfortable alcove that features floor to ceiling and ceiling and beyond windows. Its like eating outside, but not.

The food was impeccable. Different flavors mixed to create really unique, yet familiar, dishes. Presentation is perfect.

The service is excellent. Not stuffy, pretentious, or dripping with false pomp...but good old fashioned down to earth customer service. The waitstaff really make you feel like you are an old friend stopping by for dinner and they are REALLY glad to have you.

If you stay as a guest or are just passing by stop in. You won't be sorry you did.

Stayed in this hotel but only had breakfast in the restaurant one day due to so much to do in a few days visit to LA - really good choice and selection and the staff were very helpful.
