We loved this hotel - it is really lovely - both the rooms and the common areas are very well done and it luxurious thorughout. The staff are excellent - we were on our honeymoon and were greeted by champagne and chocolates in our room. We suspect that they upgarded us a bit aswell as we had an enormous terrace in our room. Location is good - just off sunset boulevard and a short distance from Rodeo Drive. The complimentary breakfast is not amazing in terms of choice but perfectly acceptable quality for a continental breakfast. We would definately recommend this hotel to anyone and would stay again if we were in LA. We would like to thank all the staff for making us feel special and getting our honeymoon off to a fantastic start.

London West Hollywood is in a fantastic location, close to restaurants and public transport. The hotel itself is really nice, large spacious rooms decked out perfectly. The hotel staff are generally friendly and helpful, with the exception of a few. The only downside would be the staff in the breakfast restaurant who were quite rude each morning I went down for breakfast. Apart from that, I would recommend this hotel to others staying in the area.

Dear Justin M,

Thank you so much for taking the time to review your stay with us. I find your comments regarding the restaurant staff extremely disconcerting, as that is not a level of service we stand for. Thank you for drawing attention to this matter as I will personally mention this to the appropriate individuals in management.

Other than that, I am truly delighted to hear you had a wonderful stay enjoying our central location, large rooms, and our complementary breakfast table. We hope that you will stay with us again in the future!

Warmest regards,

Sarah Dandashy

We stayed in a Crowne Suite for two nights in February 2014. The staff are extremely welcoming, friendly and efficient. The location is ideal if you want to walk all over West Hollywood - which has lots on offer within walking distance. The room was really nicely laid out, with closets and dressing area behind the bed, which is behind a nice sitting area and sliding glass doors that overlook a beautiful city view with a balcony. Coffee maker and fully stocked bar are located in a corner. We were invited to use the refrigerator for personal needs (it did require removing some beers to fit my salad in there). There is a nice desk area with wifi and HD flat screen TV. The bathroom is positively palatial. It is huge with a nicely side lit mirror and sink area. Large soaker tub in addition to a separate two person shower including a rain shower head and hand held nozzle. All lights on dimmer switches, which is particularly nice for a romantic setting and navigating when getting up in the middle of the night. The room was also extremely quiet. The complimentary breakfast has ample, delicious fare. We had a delightful stay; I would absolutely recommend this hotel and would certainly stay here again.

Room Tip: Ask for a room with a southern exposure for a beautiful city view.

This hotel was wonderful. We booked on Travelocity and had no problems checking in. The room was huge, but the bathroom was bigger than huge! The bathtub was big enough for two grown adults to fit. The room service was great. My favorite thing to do was to go the roof top pool and sit and have a glass of wine in the afternoon and enjoy the view. This hotel is located 1/2 a block from Sunset Blvd. We walked to the restaurants "Rainbow Bar and Grill", and "State Social House". There were many other restaurants we could have walked to, but we rented a car and drove around a lot. We walked on Sunset in West Hollywood during the early evening and felt safe. This hotel is located in a busy city, so there were city noises with the balcony door open, but we did not mind. We loved being in West Hollywood. West Hollywood seemed 'hipper' and cleaner than Hollywood. We visited the Walk of Fame on Hollywood Blvd and the farther east you go, the "sketchier" it seemed. We also had dinner at Musso & Frank's at 6667 Hollywood Blvd. Loved it!

Room Tip: We were in room 316. It faced SSW. Just below us and across the street was an elementary school. Every day from about 1:30PM until 5PM the kids were outside playing. To some this may be annoying and prevent an afternoon nap without earplugs, but I the sounds did not bother me.

Our stay at The London has been wonderful. The service has been brilliant especially by Kirk and Ian at the concierge desk. Nothing has been too much trouble.

The rooms are great and the location is central. The included breakfast is a nice touch.

We will definitely recommend this hotel to everyone we know on their next visit to LA
