This hotel is very overpriced for what it offers. We stayed here while attending our niece's wedding. She negotiated a special rate for those attending the wedding. The king size bed was worn out. We fell into the saggy hole in the middle. The bedspread was ragged. There was mold growing on the ceiling in the bathroom and it smelled moldy. If you left the door to the bathroom open the whole room smelt like mold. The air conditioning was very noisy and inadequate. There are some nice people working at this hotel. Too bad the rooms are so run down.

I would stay again. Stayed in the mini suite, it was larger than I thought it would be. The band on Friday night was fantastic and the food was good too. Salsa was fun to watch. The staff was very friendly and room service was on time and didn't long.

The room itself was fine, but everything else about this place is so frustrating. When I checked in, it took 15 minutes to get my room key because the front desk attendant kept getting interrupted by phone calls from hotel guests. There were 2 other front desk attendants doing absolutely nothing during this time, who could have answered the phone but didn't. Next, there was one functioning elevator for a hotel with probably 9 floors and 300 rooms. And the stairs are not accessible from the lobby, and are to be used only in case of emergency when descending. We could have knitted a sweater in the time spent waiting for elevators during our one-night stay. The room had coffee packets, but no coffee maker. This is about as useful as having a fancy $100,000 Porsche but no gasoline. Also the house keepers started knocking on our door repeatedly starting at 10 am asking to clean our room, even though we were checking out that day and hadn't done so yet. Every other hotel I have ever been to would wait until you check out, then notify housekeeping that room _____ can be cleaned now. The bed was fine and the room was fine but I just felt like I was staying in a hotel run by 4th graders. Not to mention that the hotel ended up being fairly expensive considering the location.

Unlike lower end motels, this hotel doesn't have room wit 2 queen beds, so not very comfortable for families with kids. Beside, the mattress is very hard, looks like they use cheap mattress. Besides, they don't provide free breakfast. Stay away from this hotel especially if you travel with family.

We, my wife, brother, sister-in-law, and myself, we in Whittier to place my father's ashes at Rose Hills. We all stayed at the Radisson, due to its central location and decent rooms. The stay was very good.
