Try the Tacos al Carbon as they are excellent and wash it all down with a margarita and a shot of Tres Generaciones. You will be glad you did!

In Willows, it's pretty much Mexican or Black Bear Diner. For Mexican food it's pretty good and the servings are more than ample. The Margaritas are pretty standard fare for this type of restaurant so what can we say about the meal...It was filling and tasty, but the drinks were sure mild. The atmosphere is dated and area is filled with piñatas. The prices seem high for the quality but the selection of restaurants is very limited.

Same owners as the one in Red Bluff and the food, salsa and margaritas were just as good. Service was really good too being we had a larger group.

We have been to a few Casa Ramos over the years, and always have a good meal. This property is a shining star of the chain.

The restaurant is lovely, great curb appeal, a lovely water feature in the front and it seems very well maintained.

We like to sit at the bar, and this has a nice space, lots of wood, clean and inviting. The stools are a little close together, but it was fine.

Our bartender greeted us warmly, even though we had not been there before, no "we do not know you" that we have experienced in small towns before. Karen was the perfect mix of attentive, friendly and service oriented.

The food courses were delivered hot and well presented. The jalapeno poppers with jalapeno pepper jelly were tasty. I had a shrimp dish, (shrimp ala diable?) and it was delightful.

I will make it a point to stop when we travel through this area again. It is everything I want in a dining experience.
