Fantastic staff. From helping us during booking, to arranging a car during our stay, to running and grabbing a newspaper. The staff really made a huge difference in our visit. It's a gorgeous location near 29. Great central court. We would stay here again.

Room Tip: mountain view

We are here now sitting by the firepit. Amazing service...we were upgraded to a suite at checkin and the receptionist gave us a great overview of Yountville and called us the "town trolley" to drive us to dinner at Bottega. Miguel just brought our whole group slippers by the firepit. Very clean rooms. Very friendly staff. Love Yountville.

We really enjoyed this hotel, especially the pool area and the welcome bottle of wine. The breakfasts were amazing!
The only negative would be highway noise and the darkness of the room..the ceilings are low and the rooms are dark coloured. Lighting was very minimal so I would have to carry things into the bathroom to see what I was doing. We all agreed that they could use a few extra lights or pot lights in the rooms.
Pleasant helpful staff - very accommodating and helped us enjoy our stay.

Staff was very helpful, rooms were nice, had the gardenview room. Breakfast was wonderful every morning. Pool area very nice, although the pool was supposed to be heated it was a bit too cool. Great landscaping on the grounds, everything was in bloom in May, and convenient to walk downtown to wine tastings or dinner. It is a very nice smaller hotel, a bit pricey like everything in the area, but very nice overall.

We arrived a little early and they moved some things around to get us a room early without any inconvenience. Amazing staff and service. Breakfast was perfect, from the food to the unlimited champagne station. Would highly recommend, and can't wait to go back!!

Very friendly staff who went our of their way to ensure we had a great trip. Lovely room and patio area, pity we didn't use the fireplace due to very hot weather. The pool and pool area were lovely including a nice jacuzzi. Breakfasts were incredible! And you could take food out and eat it overlooking the vineyard. Only negative point would be that there was a busy main road across from the vineyard, which was quite noisy.

Room Tip: Don't pay extra for a vineyard room as there is a busy main road that side, opt for pool or cour...

For our anniversary we had a Groupon package and were actually upgraded to a Junior suite that was spacious with a comfortable king bed, sofa and easy chair, good reading lights, a fireplace, a stocked wet bar, Kuerig coffee maker, complimentary wine, and choice of breakfast delivered to our room each of our 2 days. The Jacuzzi tub was a delight after a busy day of wine tasting. The personnel at the front desk were friendly and informative. At check in on Sunday afternoon, Donna offered to make a dinner reservation for us locally and provided a book of menus to peruse before making our decision. The following day we noticed that the sink in the wet bar was not draining properly and reported that to the front desk before going out to visit the Cakebread Winery. When we returned about 2 hours later, the repair had been made. This property is convenient to Route 46 and an easy walk to downtown Yountville which is picturesque.
