We dined at Lucy's on our first night in Napa. It was a lovely, romantic, and quiet place for dinner. The decor is very minimalistic with a rustic twist on the wooden tables that are all unique.
Our waiter was attentive, very good at providing suggestions on both food and wine. We tried a few unique dishes from the chef (sunflower root soup, wild game meats, fried gnocchi). The tuna ceviche was fantastic and overall the small portions were just right after a long day of travelling.
The restaurant was low key and not as pretentious as I thought it might be given the hotel's reputation as being a high end hotel. We are well travelled and have a solid knowledge of wine and the waiter was excellent at determining our taste with a couple of simple questions. Much appreciated.
I would go again!
