Your amazing vacation starts with the Valet (the 2 valet parking guys) they are amazing! You feel like royalty! Watever you ask if they don't know they will find out for you! The room was fine and the robes a +! The pools are great and the Spa too. Front office is impecable. The cleaning crew hides behind the door, because you leave the room for a moment and the room is clean, fresh, and super nice in seconds! The location could not be better we walked everywhere and the charter bus is non stop (also with amazing frendly people working). This was a great vacation we enjoyed every moment.

We stayed here for a soccer tournament and the rooms, staff, breakfast buffet, firepit, front staff and valets were wonderful. Rooms were spacious and had everything we needed, very comfy. My only complaint was that there didn't seem to be any logic to how the rooms were numbered. We spent a lot of time trying to find people in each building and getting to various rooms. For example, we stayed in room 2330 (nice unit, by the way) which was on the fourth floor. By the 3rd day, when departing, we finally had things figured out. The hotel was generous with late checkout for our team which was very appreciated. Despite the fact that the hotel was full, we never had difficulty finding a parking spot. Great complex for large groups and teams, we'll be back next year

Wow where to begin with the Charter. We stayed in a 2-bedroom suite/ 2-bath suite for a business trip. It was building #1 abit far from the lobby and was confusing to get there the first time but had the route down by the end of the trip. The views are incredible! Breathtaking in the morning sipping coffee and watching the mist roll over the mountain peaks. We also where in the meeting space on the lower level. The food was fresh and yummy. I would highly recommend this hotel. On side note: When we first walked-in we noticed framed family photos. It gave me a start ( I thought I had walked into someones condo) but come to realize its a condo someone owns. There was a guest book to sign from the owners, which we did.

Room Tip: If you can ask for the rooms facing the mountains.

I could not have been more satisfied with my stay at The Charter. The staff was extremely helpful and pleasant, the amenities and services were top notch, and the location perfect. I highly recommend getting a massage from "Spa Struck" or even just relaxing next to the outdoor pool (they also have an indoor lap pool). You won't be disappointed by the stunning surroundings. A great Summer getaway and a location I'll certainly revisit.

Stayed in a two bedroom, two bath condo with another couple. Two king bedrooms which were very well appointed with comforable beds and linens. The feather pillows were so comfortable that we got the brand and order some when we returned home. We enjoyed the hot tubs and pools. The location is convenient to the Village and numerous hiking trails. The front desk service was friendly and efficient.

Our condo had plenty of room for two couples.

Nice condo, nice common areas and close to everything. Would definately stay here many, many times

Despite its massive size, the Charter feels like a much smaller hotel. It was quiet, our hotel room looked out over beautiful gardens (facing Strawberry Park to the west), and the room was a comfortable size for two adults. We enjoyed the hot tub and the hearty breakfast buffet both days (Breakfast $15 pp) which gave us energy for the hiking. Staff was helpful. The only negatives were we had to request a replacement fan because the one in the room was ancient and no longer functioned, and the ceiling fan only worked on one speed (slow) which did not help cool the room down in the afternoon (there is no AC in many BC hotels given the elevation and we're having a hot summer). We chuckled at the 1980s bathroom fixtures, but everything was clean. Overall, we would highly recommend this hotel that also offers condos of various sizes. We're already talking about a return trip with family during ski season.

Room Tip: Room 4225 is away from pool and spa so a little quieter if there is a large group at the pool. It...

I stayed in a 1 bedroom condo and it was lovely. While it was not luxurious, the fireplace, books, and games made it a great stay. I loved the balcony overlooking the gardens, pool, and mountains. This had all the conveniences of home and the service was good. Apparently some of the rooms have 2 bathrooms, but mine only had 1. If you need or want 2, make sure you ask. It was a 1 block walk to the plaza for shopping and eating. Next time, I think I will check out the Wyndham on the creek.
