“nice, but no ski in/ski out”
Reviewed 1 April 2011

Pluss: It was nice and clean, great customer service. Enjoy the hot tub and the pool. Breakfast was ok. Short walking distance to the BC Village (shoppes, restaurants, bars)
Minus: Our unit didn't have washer&dryer. It's not ski in/ski out, what we did was rent our equipment and use the overnight storage unit right next to the Centennial chair lift ($6 per night per each) and we walked with our skiboots from the hotel to the chair lift (two blocks/5 minutes), not that bad.
At the end, we felt that we had a great vacation!

My husband & I stayed in Unit 11 for a ski trip recently. It was lovely. We had a very nice one bedroom two bath unit (there is a second bedroom available behind a connector door, but we didn't need that). The kitchen was fully stocked, the bedroom and bathroom were spacious, the living room was very comfortable. It was like being in someone's apartment while they were out of town - like maybe your friend's grandma's apartment. We felt very at home there. There is daily housekeeping service which you don't always get in a condo. The view of the rooftops & the mountain reminded me of being in a European mountain village. The decor is dated but comfortable. The lobby is very basic, no fancy fireplace or overstuffed furniture. BUT they do have complimentary pastries in the lobby every morning before you head out to ski. Both gentlemen behind the front desk gave us great suggestions for places to eat dinner, keeping in mind that we didn't want to spend a lot of money but we wanted a good meal. The location was good - very quiet. Technically I think it can be called ski in/ski out - that's a stretch. There's a catwalk across the street but we never utilized that. It was maybe a 5-7 minute walk to Centennial Lift, which was fine. We did not have a car, which I wish we would have, but the taxi service in this area was fine. If we were to go back here - just the two of us or as a family - I would not hesitate to stay here again.
