The place was just as advertised and I would highly recommend. It is very clean and comfortable. Two adults and two older teenagers fit in here very well - much nicer than staying in a hotel. The kitchen has all the appliances and utensils to make a meal or you can take a nice stroll to a number of great restaurants on Pearl Street. The owner, Helen, is was so nice - she gave us some of the best peaches I have ever tasted, picked right off the tree in her yard.
The neighborhood is very nice. A bit of trivia -the house used for the exterior shot for Mork and Mindy is only one block away.
We spent a long weekend in Boulder and this condo was our home base. It was the perfect size for three adults - very spacious and nicely furnished/decorated. As the description says, it is in a quiet neighborhood, and is just blocks from the Pearl Street pedestrian mall. It was a beautiful and easy walk to get coffee at the Laughing Goat or The Cup, to shop at the many eclectic stores, or to eat at one of the many great restaurants. The owner was very helpful, giving us tips about which trails were open (we came just after the floods). We had a minor problem accessing WiFi, but she promptly fixed that and we had no trouble the rest of our visit. On our last evening, we wanted to just hang out, eat pizza, and watch a movie, so the full kitchen, big leather couch, and giant TV with DirectTV really fit the bill. We absolutely loved this place and would come back to stay (longer next time!) in a heartbeat.
