We opted to come to Boulder to stay when Denver was just about booked up hotel-wise for the Great American Beer Festival, and were we ever glad we did. The Bradley is a gem of a place in a terrific location. Just one block off Pearl Street, a wonderful stretch of unique shops and restaurants (and a few hip chains, as well) the Bradley offered us a home-like setting in picturesque Boulder. There are cozy seating areas, a small office space with printer if needed, and free snack offerings in the kitchen. The breakfast choices were plentiful, thoughtful (offering some gluten-free things that were still delicious) and tasty. Although delicious brunches abound in the surrounding restaurants, I was really impressed by the food. They also offer a wine hour every night that was a nice way to send us off on the town. Our room was tastefully decorated and cozy with a fireplace and charming view of the side street and view of the mountains. We fell in love with Boulder and hope to return and stay at the Bradley again.

This is our 4th time visiting Boulder and our first time at this B and B.

"Comfortable, friendly, warm and inviting."

The location is a 10 if you like strolling on Pearl
and if you like walking to some of the best restaurants in town.

Private parking right in front of the hotel.

We will be back!

This review is a bit unusual...we were in Colorado for the Fresno State/Colorado football game with a reservation for three nights at the Bradley...the floods came, Boulder under water seige, game cancelled; The Bradley and I talked frequently prior to game cancellation and then agreed to forgo our reservation, all without any hassle or charge...MANY THANKS TO THEM, and we will schedule a future date to stay

We recently spent a few days and nights at The Bradley in Boulder, Colorado and had a wonderful stay. The accommodations were excellent with spacious rooms, high quality furnishings and bedding, and a wonderful breakfast. There is a lovely wine and cheese reception in the afternoons and the public areas are welcoming and comfortable with a contemporary arts and crafts décor. The staff is friendly and helpful without being intrusive and made our stay effortless. This was our second visit to The Bradley and it is our "go to" choice when we come to Boulder. The location is perfect, steps away from the Pearl Street Mall and the university. It's really a special place.

Room Tip: We prefer the upstairs rooms with views of the mountains.

We have stayed at The Bradley 4 times now, for a week this last stay. It is a very comfortable and pleasant place to stay, conveniently located for Boulder shopping and restaurants, and not far from the University. Rooms are large and well-decorated. The amenities are above average, although the price is double that of other good basic motels in Boulder. But the location, free wine and cheese at 5 PM and superb breakfast compensate. We have always found the staff pleasant to talk to, and they can give great advice on local sights and places to eat. We needed one extra chair in our room, and they brought one right up for us. We intend to stay there again.

We stayed at the Bradley for just one night in August. We had room 5 on the second floor and it had a large comfortable bed, balcony, and a bathroom with both shower and jacuzzi bath. The style was simple but pretty and it was well appointed. The living space was great too and we enjoyed the complimentary wine and cheese reception there as well as a delicious fresh breakfast.

Comfortable large home turned small hotel (12 rooms) in center of town. Very large bedroom, excellent bed, good bathroom with jacuzzi tub and separate shower. We stayed for 3 nights . . . on 2nd floor (2 staircases; no elevator) in a room facing West (mts) with a french balcony. We liked being able to open the french doors to the fresh air. Would have preferred a king bed, but there are only 3, so request when booking.

Location couldn't be better and there are plenty of parking spaces.

Excellent breakfast (7-9 weekdays, 8-10 weekends) . . . cereals, yogurt, fruit, 2 different kinds of quiche (very good and made with fresh ingredients), bagels or bread, coffee, tea, and juices.

Wine hour included, from 5-6. Surprisingly good wines, 2 white and 2 red. Cheeses, salami, crackers. A very nice treat.

The best part of The Bradley is the large living room filled with lots of overstuffed furniture, tables, and artwork. Great for curling up with a book. Fireplace for cooler months.

The bedrooms, although large in size, are not conducive for 2 people to sit and talk. There is one small overstuffed chair, one desk chair (the desk serving as a bedside table), and no tables other than the other small bedside table. An awkward arrangement at best. There was more than ample space in our room for 2 stuffed chairs with a table between. It would have made the room so much more comfortable. As it was, we went down to the living room to read and talk together.

That being said, I would return for the price and quality especially when compared to the 2 expensive hotels in town.

Room Tip: Second floor facing west, king bed - if you don't mind the stairs.
