“Great location, expensive because of it”
3 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 29 March 2014

Great location when you are skiing. The food was fine, it is a cafeteria style layout. It was $50 for my wife and I to eat here getting sandwiches, drinks, and chips. If you don't want to leave the mountain options are limited and prices are high because of it.

“Location is perfect if you ski ....”
3 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 19 March 2014

This place rocks if you ski, they have the perfect location for morning coffee, quick lunch, and pm beers... but that's it ! Food is average at best, beer is kind of pricey (but they have happy hours !!) and service is poor. So do not go there if you are not skiing, if you ski, this place will feed you, if the day is nice, the sun is unbeatable on the outdoor deck !
When they have live music the atmosphere is cool.

“An après ski essential”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 12 March 2014

Nothing like sitting in the sun in the Maggie after a full day on the slopes. Great beers, some good snacks, really friendly service and a great view of the mountain. However they need to get some new CDs. That reggae compilation must be getting worn out with the amount of plays over the last few years!

“Good location, bit expensive”
3 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 20 February 2014

We use the Maggie a lot because we stay right by it but it would be nice if it was a bit more lodge like with better seating, fireplace, etc. The outdoor patio is nice if you can get a seat. Eating or visiting during off times (not during the prime lunch time) is definitely better. Eating here is very expensive. There is no way a hamburger costs them $11 and then $5.50 for a bottle of water. Fortunately we had lunch vouches this time, but still ended up having to pay out of pocket. Would also be nice if there were large overnight lockers to store equipment for those who are staying at resorts or condos in Breckenridge. Handy that there is a retail store on-site for last minutes items.

“Good location, thats about it.”
3 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 14 February 2014

Pros: It was an easy walk from where we were staying
Cons: The atmosphere seemed like a cafeteria, too bright and open. I like cozy ski bars. And the draft beers were the most expensive of our vacation.
