After checking in and going to our unit, we entered and found the unit completely reeked of smoke (this is a 100% smoke-free property). Called the front desk and was greeted with initial skepticism and denial (if it smelled like smoke, housekeeping would have said something!). They couldn't move us because they were 100% sold out. Maintenance came (it was late) - the maintenance guy was surprised by the smell and offered to leave the can of deodorizer. They bombed the place the next day - but that didn't do much good either. All of our gear and luggage reeked of smoke by the time we left. Property is not run well. Private hot tub was nice, but was NOT worth the hassle of dealing with the poorly managed property.

The pictures and description of the property were much nicer than what it actually was. The building is very close to a couple of lifts which is about the best part of this place. The oven didn't work which made our groceries go to waste. The management on the phone didn't know how to fix it. We had requested new towels since we used ours for the public pool and were told that our stay was too short (4 nights) for them to give us more towels but they did end up sending someone to replenish...6 hours later. There were no coffee filters for the coffee maker which also sucked so I made it downtown to Starbucks at 5:30am to get coffee, not so convenient. The door in the living room to the porch would not lock, the blinds did not retract either. The fireplace (i think) was making a loud ticking sound every so often that woke us up throughout every night. Obviously someone isn't keeping up with this place.
