We are so glad we chose to stay here and just wish we could have stayed longer. Our room was very comfortable and quiet. Worthy welcomed us, showed us to our room and gave recommendations for dinner. Diane prepared a nice breakfast the following morning. We will definitely stay here again when in the area.

Room Tip: We stayed on the second floor which was very quiet.

This lodge on the South end of Breckenridge is a pleasant trail walk to the downtown area. The staff is welcoming and accommodating (with recommendations), the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the breakfast in the morning is solid! Some might want to be closer to the heart of downtown, but the walk is nice, and IMO this spot makes it worthwhile.

This is a very small B&B set at the very south end of Breckenridge, we did have a bit of trouble finding the place, you need to go through the light by the Conoco filling station then look out for the sign for the Squash and Racquets club, turn there then sharp right and you will have made it. We received a friendly welcome and a quick check in which included a run down on how to operate the hot tub, just a shame it rained so we couldn't enjoy it. All rooms have a little deck. The breakfast was excellent, with cereals, fresh fruit, juice and yogurts followed by a fresh cooked to order bacon and scrambled eggs made for us by the very helpful Diane. You can cook your own toast and help yourself to coffee (coffee is available from 7am). In addition to providing a great breakfast Diane also produced Windex for us to clean our car windows and told us about places to visit and the free gondola ride. Breckenridge is a much bigger place than we thought and if we can return we would certainly stay here again. It was a shame we were only there for one night and thanks to Diane for her hospitality.

Our first visit - we stayed two nights and found it a very relaxing place to stay midway on our road trip into the Rockies. Very attractive timbered lodge just off Rte 9 and 2 blocks gentle downhill walk into center of Breckenridge. Diane was very welcoming and gave us useful tips on what to do and where to eat while we were there. Our second floor room had a small balcony with chairs looking out over the mountains. No air conditioning but even in August it was fine with a breeze from the window and the fan on at night. There is a beautiful lodge style timbered 'great' room for guests with plenty of comfortable chairs and sofas downstairs and an upstairs 'loft' with board games, small library, large TV, desk, and off the main room, a large deck with hot tub. Fluffy robes are provided for guests using the hot tub. The hot cocoa afterwards was lovely! Good place to relax.

We have stayed at the Allaire Timbers Inn several times over the years and always find it convenient, friendly, clean and comfortable. There are new owners now and they plan to do a renovation this fall so it should be better than ever in the future! The staff is helpful and eager to please. The breakfasts have been delicious and plentiful. The location at the edge of town is extremely convenient for doing anything in Breckenridge!

Allaire Timbers = fun, relaxation, delicious breakfasts and A+ accommodations in the most beautiful setting with awesome mountain views!! It's a bed and breakfast (about 10 rooms; all with mountain views) with an outside hot tub on the deck against a backdrop of the mountains. We just happened to stay on the 1st floor which has an ADA-compliant bathroom - didn't need it but it's nice to know Allaire has at least 1 room like that. Easy walk to town plus there's the free Breckenridge bus system with a stop at the end of Allaire's drive.

Allaire has the best homemade hot breakfasts (typically scrambled eggs and bacon / sausage with hash browns, or French Toast / Pancakes w/ sausage or bacon). And of course the breakfast is included in your nightly rate. Diane and Nancy go out of their way to accommodate you during breakfast and for that matter, throughout the day. There's also a buffet-style continental breakfast spread (bagels, fresh fruit, English muffins, oatmeal, cold cereal, granola, milk, juice, coffee, and hot tea). During the day and evening, the best homemade iced tea, bundt cakes, cookies & breads (along with coffee, hot cocoa & hot tea) are available in the large living / dining area (which has high ceilings, tons of windows & a large fireplace).

The upstairs loft has a wide-screen tv and a nook to hang out in. In a few months (in time for ski season) they're adding a bar area at the end of the large living / dining area and also updating the property in general ~ although it did not obviously look as though it needed a facelift. I loved it just the way it was! I've stayed at high-end resorts and basic hotels (the full range). What's important to me is friendly and outgoing staff, cleanliness, comfortable accommodations (not fancy) and value for the dollar. If you're looking for a Four Seasons or Ritz Carlton, this is probably not the place for you. But if you want a quiet, charming and well-kept inn to enjoy the Rockies, this is the place!! Can't beat the down-to-earth sincerity of the staff and of the setting.

Again, I can't say enough about this special place and the kind individuals who run this "retreat." So friendly and always wanting to help with restaurant suggestions, activities, etc. Also met the nicest people (fellow guests). Thank you to the 2 inn keepers, Worthy & Bond, and to Diane, and Nancy (all the staff) for taking such good care of us! I will keep coming back and back for years to come!!

This is such a fabulous, relaxing, comfortable b&b! It is a beautiful log "home". You do feel like you are at home. Tea is always available, the breakfast is delicious. It so relaxing to sit on your private deck. The suite was great with a hot tub in the room. The outdoor hot tub is a good place to enjoy the view and meet other guests. The innkeeper was very helpful with ideas of things to do or places to eat. She makes you feel welcome. It is in a quiet area but a short walk to town. I highly recommend this b&b!
