The Chef is WAY too full of himself and changes the menu constantly. If you like a dish that you tried there last week, there is a GREAT chance that it won't be offered "this" week. You never know what may or may not be available from week to week at this place. If you have a favorite dish here, don't count on it ever being available again. These guys are also not very open to suggestions. Their "chef" seems to "know it all." Doing what you do and doing it well doesn't seem to apply to Michael's. The sooner they go out of business, the better.
