“Best coffee & breakfast in area!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 17 August 2013

We heard that the coffee and the Bonfire breakfast sandwich were delicious, and we can now verify this! The coffee is extraordinarily good. We all three got the Bonfire breakfast sandwich, which is an incredibly light brioche bread with bacon, herbed scrambled eggs and cheddar cheese. Probably the best breakfast sandwich I've ever had!

The place is in a beautifully restored building, too. Plenty of seating is available. This will be a place to come back to time and again, when we are ever there in Carbondale or vicinity! Yum!

“Nice local shop”

Really like the atmosphere of this little shop on Main Street. Food and coffee were both good, service was speedy!

“Local Coffee - fab bakery case”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 29 July 2013

Friendly coffee shop on main street -- crowded probably because their bakery case is fabulous! Chocolate croissants & coconut macaroons were our choice.

“Great Iced Coffee Mocha”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 9 July 2013

The cold filtered Iced Coffee Mocha is amazing. It has a rich and not too sweet flavor. It hits the spot for a coffee fix on a hot summer day. The chocolate croissant I had was flaky and flavorful and the blueberry scone was really delicious too. The service is perfunctory and swift. I think not very personable but I guess not being a local, what can I expect? The overall vibe of the coffee house is very cool and they have a couch in the back with a basket full of toys for the little ones.

“Right Off the Bicycle Trail”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 30 May 2013

We asked a local where we could get a quick lunch and this was their recommendation. It was a good one, only 2 blocks from the Rio Grande Bicycle Trail from Aspen to Glenwood Springs. Large Cobb salad for $8.50. Tuna Melt Panini sandwich for $8.00. Favorite was an Affrogato shake for $4.84 -- hard ice cream with chocolate, expresso and a little milk -- and a berry smoothie for $3.95 provided the energy to finish the ride. Quite spacious with extra room in the back.
