We thoroughly enjoyed our guests and so glad they enjoyed their stay. In response to the guest's request for more salty dishes instead of sweet dishes, we serve a gourmet, plated, 3-course breakfast each morning, including a fruit course as the 1st course, a main entrée as the 2nd course (which rotates each day from a sweet bread dish such as French Toast, Waffles, Pancakes, or Crepes, along with some meat (which can be withheld for vegetarians) one day, and a savory egg dish the other day such as Scrambled Eggs Benedict in Puffed Pastry Shells, a Southwestern egg bake, or Frittata, along with meat and/or potatoes, and a breakfast dessert such as cheesecake wraps with chocolate sauce, blintzes, pies, muffins, scones, or cake, as the 3rd course. Most of our guests enjoy the 3 courses served, which do include a savory dish every other day, and will hold you over well into the day. Or, guests can also opt out of breakfast for a discount if they do not want the breakfast, and can then explore some of the many restaurants in the area, and we are happy to refer guests to some of our favorite restaurants in Colorado Springs.
