“Delicious!”

Delicious food, nice atmosphere. The chef greets customers and personally prepares table side dishes.

“Personalized service”
Reviewed 2 March 2014 via mobile

This place doesn't look like much from the outside but we were greeted by Joseph, he took our coats, enjoyed chatting with him while he cooked our peppered steak (amazing) right at the table. While the price for 3 with a bottle of wine and a shared desert was $238 including tip it was worth it. We have spent that much at Sunbird, Cliff House, etc and not had as good of food or service

“NOT UNDERSTANDING THE RATINGS FOR THIS ESTABLISHMENT”
Reviewed 27 February 2014

We had lunch here this week and while the food was okay, I cannot imagine rating it any higher than that. I can think of a whole lot of other restaurants in Colorado Springs that are better. In fairness, maybe dinner is better there. I do not like being nasty here at all, but they served me frozen shrimp and a big mushy crab cake.

“Wonderful Food, Service, & Atmosphere”
Reviewed 1 February 2014

I too had purchased a Living Social Coupon and was given a choice of the "special" menu or $40 off the regular menu. As someone else stated it was an $80 value so that should have been the credit. We took the special menu and everything was excellent.

There were two appetizer choices, two main dish choices, and two dessert options. We each got something different and everything was wonderful. We had the a mushroom appetizer, and a salad, the Apple Horseradish Salmon, Chicken Marsala,, New York Cheesecake, and Chocolate Mousse. The dishes were presented beautifully.

We were seated next to the fireplace and the atmosphere was quiet and warm.

The regular prices are high but not for the dishes served. The wine list is extensive and the martini was huge.

Joseph was very nice and the service excellent.

“One of the better restraints in Colorado Springs”
Reviewed 28 January 2014 via mobile

This one definitely gives the Peppertree a run for its money. The steak was actually better and the presentation was very nice. However, the Peppertree ambience and service are a little better. However, the server mentioned Joseph's would be moving I to a new location soon, so that should help. The other entrees e had wast he fruita del mare, it was good, but the mussels were a little over cooked. Also had the mussels app, these mussels were done just right. We will definitely go back.
