My girlfriend booked a room on Priceline for a week. When she told me that the Hilton Antler Hotel accepted our offer. I was excited We walked into the lobby and it was beautiful and spacious The front clerk was very helpful .So we hop on the elevator to our floor.The elevator door opens,and I was instantly disappointed by not only how cheap the hall carpet looked but it needing a deep cleaning.Open the door to the room and it was like a flash back to the mid 80s.Room was small.A family of family of 4 ,FOR GET ABOUT IT.The beds are comfortable.The room we were given has an issue with the key.In the first three days my key hasn't worked five times.And I keep getting .Well let maintenance know.i just got up and checked to see if the key works today negative.This is the fourth day and nothing been done.And every time I go to the front desk there is a 10 to 15 minute wait.Ive had enough .Conrad Hilton would be rolling in his grave.

Although we’re happy that our Hilton Serenity Beds provided you with comfort and rest, it’s unfortunate that other areas of your stay fell short of your expectations. With the beautiful Rocky Mountains being the backdrop for our hotel, we aim to provide guests with the look and feel of a mountain lodge, but we can certainly appreciate your perspective. The Antlers Hilton has it all. Most of the service was beyound excellent! Couple of downfalls are as follows Rooms need updating but beds are very comfy. Housekeeping was somewhat lacking in certain areas.But all and all I give it a solid 8.

The Antlers Hilton is a great place to stay downtown--walkable to a lot of great restaurants and bars and a great view of the Rockies (especially Pike's Peak).

Staff was very friendly and helpful during my stay. I also took advantage of the breakfast buffet -- great variety, whether I wanted to go healthy or eat hash browns. 24-hour fitness center was clean and well-maintained, with a good mix of cardio, free weights and weight machines.

I will definitely stay again and would recommend the hotel to family and friends.

I enjoyed my two night stay from beginning to end. Room was great with a city view. All staff encountered was wonderful. Jackie, Wayne and Brenda at the front desk. Kevin Oakes and Chef Blanchard. The food at Judge Baldwins was great as well as room service and the breakfast buffet. Thanks!

Stayed here and got a gorgeous view of Pike's Peak! The front desk staff was so friendly, especially the overnight team. I think Brenda was her name. Great location with so much to do downtown. Can't wait to come back!
