We were a bit hesitant to eat at a cafe in a visitor center, however we ended up being very surprised. The service was very good. The young woman was very nice and offered suggestions for lunch. Our food was cooked quickly and brought out to our table hot and fresh.
I had the buffalo burger. It was good. It was a pre-made patty, but was tasty and lean. The fries that came with it were hot, fresh and golden brown - perfect!
My wife had the smoked turkey croissant. It was very good! The smoked turkey was extremely good quality and tasted great! The croissant was flaky and buttery. Together they made for a wonderful sandwich.
We sat outside - which is the way to go. There was a bubbling brook and plenty of seating. it was peaceful and refreshing.
This is not fancy dining -just good quality food served hot and fresh at a very reasonable price.
