“Satisfying end to day one of Vacation”
Reviewed 20 June 2014 via mobile

Drove to Colorado Springs and were tired and hungry when we got here. Found this place downtown and were very happy with the food and drinks. Artichoke dip, Tabasco lemon fried chicken and raspberry cheesecake, all were delicious. Tried a couple of different beers and they were great as well. Would recommend to anyone.

Great service, excellent food, even better brews. Had the pretzel appetizer, Fifty 50 sliders, Basic burger, kids chicken and burger. Happy hour beer specials for $2.75!

“Restaurant but disappointing experience upstairs”
Reviewed 8 June 2014

We came from Chicago for a 21st birthday and met for 5pm drinks. We had to bring our 3 year with us and from the start we were made to feel very unwelcome upstairs with rules like being kicked out at if you're under 21 at 7pm being pointed out to us from the moment we entered. They don't allow any outside food, even for a fussy toddler who needs snacks periodically (any parent would understand). They also kicked my wife off the pool tables when my son merely touched a ball, with no malice, just curiosity.

After spending 45min in the cold outside waiting for our tabe (as we were not allowed to wait in the bar for our 730 table due to having a 3 year old), we were seated in the restaurant.

The experience improved here with some wonderful service and food. Highly recommend the lemon fried chicken and the salmon.

Overall, downstairs great, upstairs, if you are a family, don't even attempt it.

“Cask Ale!!!”
Reviewed 4 June 2014 via mobile

If you like cask conditioned ale this is the place for you. The beer was excellent especially the cask ale. My wife is British and she said it was the first 'proper pint' she has ever had in the US. The food was pretty good and the atmosphere and the old building were really nice. It was pretty crowded and we were there at about 7:00 on a Tuesday. I will need to find their beer when I get back home.

“Handcrafted Brews - Hearty Appetizers”
Reviewed 2 June 2014

This brewery/Restaurant is located in downtown Colorado Springs. They have a full menu with something for everyone. Their handcrafted beer is very good. We had the Brewery Chips & Cheese, which were potato fries with cheddar cheese, smoked bacon, sour cream, green onions. Delicious! We also had the Hummus & Warm Pita Chips. Also very good.

My husband and daughter also ate there a second time during our visit. It was that good. I recommend it to families, singles and couples of all ages.
