“Very Good Chinese”
Reviewed 30 January 2014

I have been eating here for several years and this is a very good restaurant. It is family owned and has been is this location over 10 years under the same ownership. My favorites dishes are the hot and sour soup and the Mu Shu beef. I have never had a bad meal here! It is tastefully decorated with nice Chinese pottery, murals and paintings. They give great service for delivery and dining in.
One of the earlier reviewers gave a poor review and I believe they may have eaten at another Chinese restaurant down the street as the picture of the restaurant was inaccurate. I updated the picture with the correct one. You can't go wrong eating here!

“Great Chinese Food & Lovely Setting”
Reviewed 21 August 2013

This is one of the very best Chinese restaurants in Colorado Springs. The owners greet you as you enter and are very friendly and helpful. The setting is very upscale. This place sparkles. The menu is somewhat limited; but it offers a very nice variety of dishes. We've been there twice now and both times, the food was excellent. It's attractively arranged, not just piled on the plate. And refills on tea are prompt. The jasmine tea is not the usual teabag situation either.

“OYE!”
Reviewed 30 August 2012

The restaurant was clean and the decor was OK. The food was something else. The portions were small compared to just about any other Chinese restaurant I've been to and that's quite a few. I asked if they served brown rice and was told yes but it's $2.00 more. I declined and the portion of white rice was a scant cup. Glad I didn't order the brown because I was starting to feel cheated as it was. The hot & sour soup was watery and the Szechuan chicken was kind of odd and not at all spicy. Szechuan food is supposed to be spicy. It's known for being spicy. And to top it all off they charged $1.50 for hot tea! No one charges for tea. They do have lots of parking Too bad because they don't need it. There were only half a dozen cars there for lunch on a major thoroughfare with many hundreds of cars passing by. That should have been a clue. My recommendation - go just about anywhere else for Chinese. Even the chain Panda is way better.

“Worst Chinese Food Ever!”
Reviewed 8 March 2010

Went there one evening for dinner as I have past this location several times. Finally decided to try it. First off, ordered the Crab Wontons and they were great! However, the meal went immediately south right after that. The Hot and Sour Soup had this weird background taste that we (hubby and I) never tasted before. Did not finish it. Next was a simple Happy Family and Beef with Brocolli. That same background taste was present in all the main entrees. Not pleasant at all. Have never been back and would not recommend this place at all.
