Description: Montague’s Parlour Capulets Inc. (Sloane, Patty, John Paul, & Greg) The Capulets assumed the helm of Montague’s Parlour the 29th day of August in the year of 2017. After a long and successful twenty-two year reign, Jeff and Dave have succeeded the proprietorship to the Capulets, who have agreed to guide Montague’s through the next several decades. We aim to keep the unique persona of Montague’s while enhancing the interior and exterior. All those favorite pastries, cakes, and other food items will remain to be enjoyed with your favorite tea, coffee, or drink of choice. After the initial transition, we plan to add some additional healthy choices, more gluten free options, and some specialty drinks plus distinctive menu items on a limited basis. In the long tradition of Montague’s, we will still host those holiday events and tea parties. We welcome your friends and family as well as those out there looking for something a little different and off the beaten path.

Such a fun place to visit; everytime my MIL is in town we must go to Montague's! The pumpkin tomato soup is awesome, so happy the new owners kept this recipe. The bakers create very unique flavor combinations, which vary, so always something new to try :-) (btw, Loved the Earl Grey Lemon Poppyseed!!) The restaurant industry is one of the most difficult to work in and the new owners are doing it with grace. They've had quite a few challenges lately and deserve some grace themselves. Thank you to the loyal customers who have continued to support this special place; and to the Capulet's Inc group for stepping up to preserve this Colorado Springs institution. Keep up the good work!!

A very cozy place on a cold day. I would recommend meeting friends for coffee or tea. Lots of selections.
I ordered curry chicken salad on greens; greens were excellent with about 1/2 cup of the curry chicken. Small portion of chicken. My friend had a sandwich and she saw d it was good and it was ample.

The manager/owner Sloane has spoken to our staff and advised them to beef up the salads. Please let her or our Team Leader Jess know if the portion is still too small. If they aren't on duty feel free to post a private message to us on FB. Thanks for your patronage!

We went to have coffee and a piece of cake at the Montague’s Parlour.
The service was very good, and the barista made us super coffee and eggnog.
The interior was so cosy and chill.
The cake was super good. We tasted the coconut cake and the moca cake, both tasted delicious!

Love this place! Super comfortable chairs and classy decor make a great atmosphere. Wifi was solid. Latte was as good as any I've tasted. Cinnamon crumb cake was yummy! Friendly staff. Easy parking in back. I will be back to try a meal soon!.

Way south on Tejon - almost to the Interstate (I-25), there's a quaint & cozy little spot for tea, lattes, sandwiches, pastries & cakes called Montague's. Once upon a time, it was tucked into an antique mall off of Colorado Blvd. near downtown Colo. Spgs. We loved it there, and we still love this place - over 20 years later after they moved to the south end of town. Lots of over-stuffed, high-backed chairs to sink into while enjoying a sandwich or pastry.

For our recent lunch, I had chicken salad on a croissant and their signature pumpkin-tomato soup (almost a bisque). My wife & her brother had the turkey & avocado on croissant sandwiches with gazpacho (since it was Summer). To top it off, we shared a huge slice of coconut cake. (The slices of cake are gigantic - easily enough for two people.) Though this restaurant has changed hands recently, it was just as delightful as we remember it. Superb choice to share with out-of-town guests (and a must at all other times when you are in the neighborhood).
