We stayed at this resort for 3 nights very recently. My daughter loved the pool. I thought the pool area was very nice as well. We didn't bother going to the bottom part of the resort as it was a bit of a walk and didn't really have good paths to get down there. The views from the room and the pool, restaurant, bar area are stunning. And that's about where the good stops. We asked three times for additional towels. I finally had to just approach one of the housekeeping staff while they were cleaning another room and get some from her. Most of the service personnel there seemed grumpy with a few exceptions. The food there wasn't worth the price; I'm talking about the more upscale restaurant as I never ordered food from the bar area. The buffet seemed limited in options and was on the upper end of your average buffet price. The dinner buffet was sad. Our room was just okay. The toilet constantly got stuck running and the bathroom itself was very small. Our screen door was CLEARLY broken and had not been tended to for quite some time.

So basically, go for the views and the pool but wouldn't recommend eating or spending much time there otherwise.

Room Tip: I'd ask for the top floor as we heard EVERYTHING from the floor above us

We purchased the couple spa package for $345. They ask for area of focus for the massage, they did not follow that. Charged us an 20% gratuity without informing us first. The food was not fit to eat in the bar, which was the only thing open when we arrived.

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful Resort! The views are magnificent and the resort itself is wonderful. We enjoyed couples massages at the Spa and then time floating in the adults only pool with cocktails and enjoyed the Mountain views. Only downside to this resort was the restaurant on site which brings this down to a 4 star for us (would give 1 star for restaurant alone if any). Fantastic views and nice seating but the food was way below average which we were so disappointed about. One of our party members actually got unwanted stomach issues after the dinner Buffet! (we were told they were under staffed and would have long wait for anything off menu if we did not eat from buffet). So against our better judgement we went with buffet Dinner......$30.00 PP and so not worth it! Now do not get me wrong we would have paid the $39.00 for the steak dinner if we had a option and never have chosen a buffet dinner but it was our last night and we wanted to enjoy the view so this was the route we chose. On our next stay we will stay away from the food and eat off site for all of our meals.

While the scenery around this hotel is beautiful, it is most certainly not a four-star resort. Rooms are just ok. Very rustic feel and doors open to the outside. Families would probably be fine here as there are a lot of things for kids to do, but this would NOT be a great couples retreat. Especially for the price!! Four-star price tag on a two-star resort.

From the moment i stepped on the property I felt like I was in a small town where everyone cared about how you were feeling. The front desk staff was superb, the restaurant staff were always at your side (in a good way) and the facility is picturesque. The rooms are better than average but it is not the reason to stay there. They have a great golf course and plenty of water activities for adults and kids alike!

Room Tip: Make sure you ask for a room with a mountain view and ask for one higher up!
