The Radisson is a very nice place. The rooms are spacious and well appointed. Lots of big towels and the breakfast buffet offered a nice selection of hot and cold foods, better than some. The reception folks were quick, efficient and friendly and called to check on us.
The only drawback, and perhaps this was only the night we stayed, it was EXTREMELY noisy. Somehow a herd of buffalo rented the rooms on the floor above us. When that quieted down, the hot tub/spa area was very loud until late.
We would stay there again if we could get a room on the top floor and on the side away from the pool.

Room Tip: Stay on an upper floor away from pool area.

Thank you so much for your very gracious comments regarding your stay at our hotel.Thank you for recognizing our wonderful Front Desk staff for their excellent customer service. I will be sure to pass on your wonderful comments to all of them. I am sorry for the noise your experienced coming from the guest room above yours and in the pool area. In the future, please notify our front desk if you ever need anything. On your next stay, we would be happy to look for a second floor room for you, just let us know of your request when making your reservation or checking-in. Thanks again for choosing the Radisson!

We really enjoyed our stay. Very we'll located near Airport and easy freeway access. Breakfast was good. Hot food, and fresh fruit every morning. The room (2 queen beds) very large and clean. Front desk staff were great and helpful with directions. They even called us I our room after checking in to make sure everything go was to our liking!

While I attended an on-site conference, my family enjoyed the hotel and surrounding sites.

The hotel staff was friendly, polite, helpful, and professional.

The conference facilities were spacious and we were able to moderate our own room temperature.

We stayed here passing through Colorado Springs...Twice!
Our second visit was unplanned and we turned up on the doorstep. The staff were excellent and managed to find three rooms for us.
Hotel is spotless, Food is excellent, Bar staff were friendly.
Would not hesitate booking here again.
Easy to find off the I25, even for the British!!

This is not the first time we have booked a hotel room based largely on the reviews on TripAdvisor, and once again we were quite pleased with the result. Our stay here was hands-down the best hotel experience we had during our recent road trip spanning eight states. For me it has become the new gold standard by which all other hotel rooms will be judged.

I was pleased to find that the hotel is located on the outskirts of town, so it is close enough to reach the touristy spots yet far enough away from the more congested areas. There was plenty of parking and the area felt safe.

The lobby area was bright and welcoming with an upscale feel to it. The employees in the lobby were equally welcoming as well as courteous and friendly. Upon checking in we were given a breakfast buffet card, vouchers for free drinks in their restaurant, and a coupon good for 20% off room service.

I did not realize how large the hotel is until we walked several hallways to reach our room. From the moment we opened the door to our suite and peered inside we were thrilled with our decision to stay here. Our rooms were clean and spacious with a thoughtful layout and modern decor.

Our suite had a large living area complete with a couch (sleeper sofa) and a modern yet comfortable chair, a small closet with an ironing board, iron and extra blanket, and a large flat-screen TV on a long desk. Across from the bathroom was a small sink, mini-fridge and microwave complete with drinking glasses, an ice bucket, and bottled water.

The bathroom was well stocked with high-end toiletries, large fluffy towels and even a lighted magnifying mirror. The water pressure in the shower was good and everything worked properly. A travel-size hairdryer was available. Considering the size of the suite, the bathroom seemed to be on the smaller side. For example, the bathroom door would brush the bath mat placed in front of the bathtub when opened. This was really just a minor issue as the overall appearance of the bathroom was luxurious and clean.

Our bedroom had two full-size Sleep-Number beds, a small closet, and a large flat-screen TV atop a long dresser with three drawers. There is also an iPod charger on the alarm clock. The beds certainly sound like a special feature and I wanted to like them more than I did. As it turned out, the bed controls seemed to work properly only sporadically, and after testing different numbers I felt they were really no more comfortable than a regular mattress. If given a choice, I would rather have a regular queen- or king-size bed. Even so, the beds had a funky, modern flair and we slept well every night.

For me the best feature was having a door to the bedroom. Since I was usually the first one up, I could easily close the bedroom door so my family would not be awakened. I could make coffee and use the bathroom and hairdryer without worrying about making too much noise. Also, having two separate rooms meant two closets (for more storage) and two televisions so our child could watch cartoons while we adults could watch the news. Big bonus!

We appreciated the little details such as the ice bucket and drinking glasses made out of aluminum and glass instead of plastic. The magnifying mirror in the bathroom was a nice feature. Having a small sink near the fridge and microwave was handy. The wi-fi was easy to connect to and worked well. The thermostat kept the room comfortable.

Our housekeeper was Tammy and she did an outstanding job of making our stay even more pleasant. Our room was thoroughly cleaned during the day and she fulfilled my requests.

The breakfast buffet was wonderful with an array of items such as freshly-cut fruit, hot food that changed from day to day (eggs, Denver scramble, pancakes, biscuits with gravy), bread choices and dry cereal. Coffee, tea, juices, and water were offered. A friendly employee was even so kind to retrieve crayons and paper to keep our son occupied while eating breakfast. The best part of our breakfast was the majestic mountain view from where we were seated.

While walking down the hall one morning around 6:30 we heard a dog barking and were a bit surprised by this although this does not reflect upon the hotel. Otherwise, we were pleasantly surprised at how quiet the hotel is. We never heard one airplane even though it is located close to the airport, nor could we hear others from our room or while walking down the hall.

The hotel itself seems to be an older building but it is large, sound-proof, and safe. Our suite had more of a luxe vibe than where we normally stay and was reasonably priced. So happy we stayed here.

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. My stay was 5 nights. I recommend it highly. The staff was wonderful and the service and amenities were excellent. My room was clean and well kept by the housekeeping staff. The complimentary full breakfast was great. Transportation is, however, needed to get around but everything you'd want to see is conveniently close and not hard to get to - restaurants, shopping and sights.
