“Excellent Service”
Reviewed 6 April 2013

We were in Colorado Springs for Thanksgiving, and decided we didn't want to make breakfast and decided we needed to try IHOP, as we don't have one back home. The service was excellent, food was great, and the building was clean. We actually like it soo much we went back the morning we were leaving for back home, and they remembered us, just thought that was real nice for them to remember us. Thats good hometown service. I am going back to visit my sister again next week...I'll be going back there again. :)

“Open on Thanksgiving Day”
Reviewed 12 December 2012

We were in Colorado Springs visiting family & none of us wanted to waste a visiting day stuck in the kitchen cooking all day. We phoned around the two days before Thanksgiving trying to find a restaurant that would be open. Several were open; however, they only offered the special menue of Traditional Thanksgiving meal. After taking a poll, none of us really wanted food that heavy. Called IHOP & hooray! they were open & serving off of their regular menue. Thank you, IHOP for providing us a comfortable, reasonably priced place to have our family Thanksgiving meal!! It was wonderful!!

“Great Breakfest Service”
Reviewed 18 November 2012

If you ever visit the I-Hop on North Academy, besure you ask to sit in Bobby's section. He has such a great outlook. If you can't make up your mind he'll do a good job recommending what to eat. He is very prompt and curtious, what else can you ask from a server. Awesome customer service! When we go back we'll sit in his section!

“Bring Your Own Coffee (if you like coffee)”
Reviewed 18 November 2012

Surprisingly bustling at 9:30 am on a weekday! There was not an empty table in sight - lots of people of every age and stage from tattooed motorcyclists, soldiers in uniform, office workers, blue collar workers, couples, and well-groomed grandpas with their broods. At the kitchen counter waiting for food pick-up there were breakfast platters stacked 4 deep. The restaurant vibe was pleasant and happy; the servers do a lot to make you feel welcome and valued as a customer. My main problem there is the coffee. It comes to you in a bottomless thermal pot but that can't make up for the weak, not really hot and flavorless beverage that is inside. It would be better to drink something else or bring your own coffee from a place that is known to make a decent brew. That said, the food was good. Especially the pancakes! I'd have enjoyed warm syrup on them, something that apparently has gone by the wayside these days in most places.
