Description: django's is a locally owned restaurant in Crested Butte, with a seasonal menu of globally inspired small plates. This culinary adventure offers a fun dining experience best shared with friends: the plates are brought one at a time, for everyone to taste more than 20 different selections on the weekly menu. The wines are served by quartino (250ml) carafe, to allow for pairing and sampling across an extensive list focused on European and South American wines. The interior is elegant yet casual, offering seating in low banquettes, high tables, or on the balcony overlooking the bar. If you prefer dining outdoors, grab a table on the front patio, where you can see and be seen on Elk Avenue.

Who would have thought that Brussel Sprouts could be so incredibly delicious ?

The menu reads "Crispy Brussel Sprouts ~ Fuji Apple, Apple Cider reduction, Creme Fraiche, Pistachios, and Rosemary Sea Salt"....but, does not begin to describe that the ingredients when blended together with perfectly roasted brussel srouts is incredible! Our only regret is that we ordered a "small" order.

Thank you to owners Kate & Chris (who were working the line, and the tables) for a delicious Crested Butte dining experience.

A great place if you are looking for something far beyond the burgers, beer and pizza places found at most ski resorts - but first you have to understand the concept of 'small plates'... yes, they are 'small', both in size and portion - so if you are taking a family of five, three of which are teenage boys - stick with the burgers and pizza. If it's just the two of you, then by all means, it's a great place to enjoy great food in a nice atmosphere for conversation. We found the scallops and striped bass to be our favorites, plus a few of the appetizers... wine list is excellent and service is as well... even better in the summer when there are tables outside.

Decided to stay up on the mountain for dinner at Django's... Overall it was a great small plate dining experience. The slow cooked duck leg, lamb loin (cooked perfectly), quail, and mushroom/goat cheese puffed pastry were the stand out dishes for me. While the roasted Brussel sprouts were touted as a house favorite, it was slightly too charred for me and was missing acidity (which I expected with the cider reduction). Additionally, the grilled baby zucchini was under portioned for the price. Overall, they were absolutely on point with all of the protein based dishes that we ate. Super friendly staff and a very well organized kitchen from what I could see. I will definitely return.

Needed a great spot, on the mountain, to enjoy some wine, conversation and food with some of the best in my business. Djangos fit the bill in all ways. Great service from Rachel, we even shocked her by draining a bottle of single malt she had never opened...

The small plates were great, and when we did not order enough to fill us up, Rachel, let us,know and appeared 3 plates in to grab an order for two more...
Can't say enough....
