We needed place to stay for our nieces graduation. We found the Fairlamb on line and decided why not. With in minutes of arriving the owners made us feel as we had known them all of our lives. The rooms were fantastic, large, clean and comfortable. They have a coffee bar on the bed room level of the house.
Our two breakfasts that they served were great. I'm not one for trying new things but the special recipe pancakes were great.
We were given lots of privacy. Its was like it was "our home". We had relatives over to see the place. They also love it.

Room Tip: Only three rooms. All are great.

We love staying in B&B's and enjoy the uniqueness each one provides. Fairlamb House is a Sparkling Gem hidden in small town Delta, CO. Beautifully appointed Historic Registry Victorian home with gracious hosts and delicious food. We were on a 2000 mile road trip and could only stay one night, but would have loved to stay longer in this lovely, relaxing B&B.

First time ever at a B&B and I was not disappointed! Home was beautifully decorated, hosts were very helpful and friendly. Home was spotless and linens/bedding were top quality. Breakfast was homemade and delicious, attractively presented and plentiful, plus it was fun visiting with other guests, comparing notes and activities. Back yard was comfortable with plenty of seating and shade. A new water feature is being constructed. A very welcoming establishment with the right mix of professionalism and hospitality.

I have stayed at the Fairlamb House B&B numerous times over the past several years. I'm a busy and frequent traveler who doesn't usually take time to write reviews but am making an exception now for one important reason: The Fairlamb House B&B is truly amazing. Hosts John and Liz have transformed and renovated a house filled with history into a cozy, comfortable and welcoming "home away from home." The common areas, dining room, sitting rooms and bedrooms are beautiful. If you are passing through Delta or are planning a relaxing get away, don't miss the opportunity to stay here. John Fielder included the Fairlamb House in his most recent "Best of Colorado" ... and I agree with him. John and Liz will show you hospitality at it's BEST!
