This place was amazing. We walked in and immediately received a free upgrade to a better room! The staff was very friendly and full of suggestions for restaurants and places to go. It was fun to chat with other guests at the happy hour we attended and at breakfast both mornings. The food was fantastic - and it looked too good to eat! We did not have a car, and we were able to walk everywhere we went, even to the museums across town. I could not have imagined a nicer place to stay!

We rented 3 rooms at the Queen Anne and spent two wonderful days with the staff at this beautiful Victorian home. I really enjoyed sitting on the open front porch and watching the day come to life. This is the perfect place to stay if you want to be in downtown Denver. Free parking, a great breakfast, and a wine reception each evening. Thumbs up to the staff of the Queen Anne

Room Tip: We had the Garden, Columbine, and Skyline rooms, they were all nice sized rooms with A/C

This was our first time in a bed and breakfast and we are forever changed! Milan and the staff are so wonderful. Milan makes a green spicy Indian chutney that is so, so good! I will never eat eggs again without craving that stuff. Milan is very kind, warm, and helpful. You feel welcome and at ease in this establishment. The rooms are spacious and creatively decorated. It is an old home, so don't expect it to look like a new, modern hotel. I prefer the character of an old house, though. There is a garden area in the back where you can lounge and enjoy a glass of wine or other libations.
The location is ideal. It is an easy walk to the 16th street mall and other fun locations. There are restaurants and shops also within walking distance.
Thank you Milan and staff, we will definitely be back!

What a find. The gardens were welcoming and a great place to relax, read and enjoy new friends at the end of the day. The property was very clean. Breakfast was outstanding - organic fresh herbs from the garden, what more can you ask for.
I do not stay in bed and breakfast regularly. But, when I do, it always is enjoyable. Guest included businessman, leisure travelers and the romantic couple (of course). A couple of local restaurants within walking distance. Definitely walkable to downtown and the 16th Street Mall.
Definitely will consider staying again on my next visit to Denver. You should too.

Room Tip: I selected the Columbine Room overlooking the gardens in the back of the house. Small, quiet.

The Queen Anne B&B offers fresh, organic fruit, pastries, granola and egg dishes, along with a daily special, served splendidly by Chef Milan.
This B&B is a good steward to the Earth and community, by growing it's own food, and by sourcing locally. The paintings, tables and various artwork throughout, were made by local artists and artisans.
We enjoyed our spacious, comfortable and clean room in a 137 year-old house! We'll return again, the next time we visit Denver.

The Queen Anne is a wonderful bed and breakfast within walking distance of downtown Denver. The rooms are incredible, and many have wonderful features such as hot tubs, a deck or a fireplace. The artist studio suites have each been decorated by a local artist and include some amazing murals and framed pieces. Our suite was large and very comfortable, and I especially enjoyed the enclosed porch and my own personal hot tub! Hard to beat (unless you're lucky enough to get the room with the porch overlooking Denver- it has an outdoor hot tub!)
Breakfast was fabulous- the owners grow most of their fruits and vegetables in an acre plot across the street, so everything was always very fresh and delicious! (The fresh, homemade yogurt is wonderful- They even gave me a starter so I can make some at home.)
The location is ideal. My husband (and many of the inn's guests at the time) were attending a conference at the convention center, which was about a mile away. There were many, many restaurants within walking distance, as well as many of Denver's great tourist locations. It was an easy walk to the Capital, the Art Museum, the 16th Street Mall, and many other museums. There is also a nice park directly across the street.
I have stayed at a number of B&Bs, but the Queen Anne stands above the rest. It's truly a gem in Denver.

I recently revisited the Queen Anne with my wife on vacation -- it was my home away from home for a year and a half when my biggest consulting client was in Denver. We actually made a special side trip there JUST to stay with Milan and his family.

Simple reasons that the Queen Anne is a must-stay:
- Rooms are delightfully designed by local artists
- Walk downtown or to the great Jonesy's Eat Bar across the park
- Really reasonable prices
- Afternoon wine and cheese
- AMAZING breakfasts cooked by Milan and sourced from their farm down the street.

Really can't say enough about how great the Queen Anne is. I consider them friends and will stay there as often as possible.
