Had called ahead to put my family on list to be seated. It was raining quite heavily. Hostess told us the wait would be around 45 minutes as they had just moved everyone in off the patio due to the weather. We showed up for a light dinner and dessert at 9 p.m. sharp and were told it would be another 30 minutes before we could be seated. I told her I called ahead and she had given me a time to be there. She apologized and said due to the weather they brought everyone in off the patio. I said she had already known that when I called. This place is extremely small inside so I understood her dilemma but felt she had totally misjudged the timing. When we asked her if we could take out some items instead, she said that would take at least 20 minutes. We left. I felt a nice gesture on her part would have been to ask the kitchen to speed up our order. The next day, we went again to sample the dessert and it was good. So the first time I would rate it a 2, the 2nd time a 4, therefore it gets only an average rating from me.
