This place was wonderful!!! Although out of town it was just so relaxing!!! The room service was some of the best I have ever had!!! It was warm, fast and tasted delicious! Loved the neutrogena toiletries and the pantry they offered! Will stay again when I return!

This is my hotel of choice in the Denver area with our office in the busy Tech Center. Lots of restaurant options and convenience to the highway make it a good location. This is standard Garden Inn fare. Unlike some other commentaries, I've found the staff to be friendly. Last time I was here the computers were down and they checked us in by hand and walked us to our rooms (couldn't print key cards). Agree on the comment about the views. Decent gym.

When you stay at a hotel and things are working of course most of the time your stay is pleasant it is when something isn't working that you find out how badly they treat their guest. In July 2011 we arrived late after a long drive and were tired. We got checked in and our went up to our room turned the Air Conditioner on, unpacked and went out for dinner. Came back and the room was still hot so I went downstairs and asked the front desk gentleman how to use the thermostat. He said to move it off of auto, so went back up and did as he instructed. Waited an hour still no change in temperature called back down & the maintenance gentleman was sent up. He worked on it for a while with us in the room (it was never offered to change rooms) and got the compressor to kick on (or at least the air conditioner was making noises like it was working). It started to cool slightly, we were tired and fell asleep. When we woke up at 7am the room was up to 84 degrees F. With in an hour of us waking up, getting ready, packing the room was up to 86 degrees F. We decided that since they couldn't get it working the night before, we should just leave early instead of lounging around. So when we went downstairs to checkout & inform the hotel attendant that our room's AC wasn't working, we waited around 8 minutes for her to decide to come to the desk and check on us. She was in the room behind the desk, which you know they have a camera back there so they can watch the front desk. Then when we told her our AC wasn't working she became very rude, short, and treated us like we were on purpose trying to get a free room. The kicker is we are a Hilton Honors member and this was our free night stay due to points. We felt as if we were expected to just deal with everything because our room was free.

I'm working in the area and will be staying here probably for 12 weeks or more. Its on one edge of a very corporate business park. The light rail is walkable during warmer weather, but you need to leave from Union Station at night. Hardly anything else is walkable from the hotel, except local corporate buildings. Plenty of daytime delis and a couple of nighttime bistros and restaurants a short drive away within DTC. The hotel is fine. Rooms are nice and clean.

I am a diamond member and checked in early to room 213 my first week not knowing the view consists entirely of HVAC equipment. The hotel did nothing to override my room selection. You'd think they'd know it is a horrible room by now. I've left it up to them since then and they give me great views each week.

If you're eating dinner on Arapahoe (where you have dozens of options), be sure to head east on Belleview and drive through Cherry Creek State Park to get to Arapahoe. Its a very nice way to relax for about 10 minutes right after work. Much better than just jumping on the Interstate.

Room Tip: High floor, odd numbers. DO NOT take room 213. 603 was perfect, for instance.

We loved the view of the mountains, the room was very clean & spacious. The only bad thing about the room was the microwave didn't work that great ( popcorn wouldn't pop right ) & the shower was very slippery. The pool was very nice, clean, big & relaxing & all around great. We were pretty disappointed that there was no free breakfast for the price of the room & the pavilion was a bit pricey on the snacks also.

Room Tip: The king evolution suite was just a little more than the basic rooms & our room was located on west side of the hotel & the view was amazing. We loved it!
