This hotel is clean, comfortable and has a great breakfast. Not just your standard toast and cereal. It is a full hot breakfast, which is important to our family of 4. I would recommend this hotel to others that need easy access to the Interstate. Also very close to the Northfield outdoor Mall.

Our room was very comfortable, plenty of room to relax. Breakfast had great selection and was served quick. Location was great as we had early flight out of DIA. Staff at desk very pleasant, greeted us immediately and knew room preferences.

A little out of the way, but short distance to places you would want to go. Love the made to order breakfast and the evening reception! The staff is courteous and helpful. Check with the front dest to see if there are any events going on at the hotel as parking lot is only big enough for guests.

You are correct, our location is a bit deceptive...we are much closer to things then some people think. Actually, we are rather convenient to the important things taking place in Denver. Appreciate the kind comments about our team as well. They work hard to provide a great product and service for our guests. Hope you have the opportunity to visit us again in the very near future. Take care...

We loved your hotel. Very nice staff, excellent free breakfast, easy to get on and off the freeway without noise keeping us awake at night. Comfortable bed. We stayed downtown denver for the other half of our stay and had the worst beds, paid twice as much, and had wished we'd just stayed with you for the remainder of our trip.

I stayed here for 5 days during a business trip. The facility is what you'd expect from an Embassy Suites. Check in was prompt and pleasant, but getting to the elevators with luggage is an adventure. There is no ramp down to the elevators so you have to go all the way around to the conference rooms to get to them. I got lost and had to ask for help. Signs would be a good idea. That room was exactly what I expected, and it was clean and up to date. The only thing I didn't like as they were apparently rationing coffee to one packet per day. There's two cups provided in the machine, though. LOL! The TV channel selection is the typical no-IQ-needed for Embassy Suites, with five mindless sports channels but nothing like the Science channel, for example. Thank goodness for an HDMI cable and Netflix. The other thing I found was that the thermostat was out of whack. One second it would read 73, the next minute it would read 83. Room service was VERY prompt and the food was very good. Breakfast is the usual, but the staff are very cheerful and do their best to wake you up with smiles and fast service. The 5:30 manager's reception could use better snacks and needs to keep up with demand. When I was there they had run out of half the snacks and it took them several minutes to refresh the selection. The pantry is typical in that they still think that people who cannot eat sugar will prefer to buy only Diet Coke and nothing else. That's still as pathetic as it has always been and is disrespectful to diabetics. All in all it was a pleasant stay, par for the course for an Embassy Suites.

Room Tip: High floor, away from the elevators. The hotel is in an industrial area so there is no view to speak...

The hotel is in an industrial area with a lot of warehouses. You can tell that this is an older hotel that got a makeover. There was knocking from the pipes in the bathroom that sound when your neighbor lowers the AC a lot. The breakfast is pretty standard during the week and you can get tired of the lack of variety. They increase the variety and quantity on the weekends. The manager's reception is pretty much drinks, Gardetto snacks, veggies and chips and salsa. The Northpointe mall is very close and we ate meals and shopped there extensively. There are some really nice public parks for the kids closeby to enjoy the Denver summertime weather. Unfortunately, there is a men's and women's correctional facility close by as well.

Our primary criticism is that we suspect someone from their housekeeping staff stole my son's Beats headphones out of our room while it was being serviced. This suspicion alone will make me avoid this location in the future regardless of value, location and amenities.

It is truly unfortunate that your son's Beats headphones could not be located. While I trust my team, and over the past many years, have not been given any reason not to trust them, your son's word means a lot as well. This matter has already been addressed and a response was sent to you earlier today detailing how the hotel is handling the issue. This hotel provides quality product and service, and has an outstanding team working on a day to day basis. Questioning a persons integrity is not a subject to be taken lightly since it can damage reputations. We hope the private response that was sent as soon as I first heard about your comments will be to your satisfaction.
