This park offers incredible views of Denver's sunset. Nestled between the City Park and Park Hill neighborhoods, this is a charming place in Denver that's great for running, biking, picnics, walks, etc. On one side of the park is the Denver Zoo and the Denver Museum of Nature and Science. On the other side is the historic and gorgeous Denver East High School. An incredible place to spend some time in Denver.

Not much to see, but nice for walking dogs or for a picnic. There is a beautiful boat house and gazebo for a wedding. Pond and fountain were nice.

Went out for a walk with my wife. The park is beautiful, plenty of paved walkways. Nice lakes, big trees with lots of shade. But the geese are everywhere, leaving their droppings all over the place. Watch your step!!!

A view of the mountain skyline, a picnic dinner, enjoying music with neighbors and friends-what better way is there to pass a summer Sunday evening? Come to City Park and either buy dinner at the dozen assembled food trucks or bring from home. An ideal way to fill your soul before a busy work week.

Disregard the negative comments as I found this park an excellent venue for my 3.5 year old an 1.5 year old. The park offered ample space to run around and a full playground to entertain the young ones. After a play we walked around with the ducks then enjoyed a nice picnic by the lake. The park also offered bikes to hire and paddle boats to cruise the lake. Great day for the family morning and afternoon. If looking for a meal checkout the vine brewery restaurant on 17th and vine offering an excellent family friendly restaurant.
