“Loved it!”
Reviewed 19 April 2014

Ever since my trip here I have fallen for the mountains! It's a beautiful sight to see and not too far from Red Rocks. We all really enjoyed it and came back there at night to see the city and everything lit up and watched the sun set! Love love love it. We did a small hike up a hill and looked out. From one you see the city/suburbs but when you look the other way it's beautiful mountains!

“Denver the beautiful”
Reviewed 8 April 2014

Highly recommend the Grey Line tour. Wonderful historical background of the area. Would liked to have spent more time at Buffalo Bills museum.

“Drive from Denver to Estes Park”
Reviewed 14 March 2014

Enterprise delivered a car to our downtown hotel, and we were in the foothills in 40 minutes. In 1 1/4 hours, we were driving amid the big peaks. Visitor information centers suggested scenic loops that offered plenty of opportunities to get out of the car and walk a ways to see vistas of multiple peaks. Back in our hotel by 4 after a great day in the mountains.

“Don't miss the mountain parks!”
Reviewed 25 November 2013

We spend most of our summer in the surrounding mountain parks, hiking and 4x4. The mountains are spectacular! We often see elk, mule deer, mountain goats. Don't miss out on the mountains when you are visiting Denver.

“O Purpled Mountain Majesties Above the Fruited Plain”
Reviewed 13 November 2013

Not all the Denver Mountain Parks look over the plains, but many of them do. And what a treat! You can drive less than 1/2 hour and be in the mountains to fish in a stream or bathe in the sunlight or take a hike or cross-country ski. It's all at your fingertips to enjoy. We love our mountains. We come from the land of oceans but I wouldn't trade our mountains for anything.
