“Very good airport hotel”

Stayed here for one night after a long haul from London
Great hotel for this purpose as a trip into Denver is much further
The suite we were given was very nice a spotlessly clean and well equipped. The Hotel has little shop stocking a few of those essentials that one all ways forgets. We decided to walk out to local restaurant and some fresh air, there's a choice of a few all within a short walk
Breakfast was really good and a well presented buffet with a little station for fresh eggs ,omelettes etc.
Would stay again and recommend it as stopover on route to your destination.

We came to Colorado to visit colleges with our oldest son. Hyatt House is now our official hotel for family and business travel. We stayed in two different Hyatt Houses during our visit. The Denver airport location had a stunning kitchen and bathroom. We spent one night at a different location with two double beds and at this location all they had available was a king. We actually preferred the king. We liked the setup with the sitting area really separated from the bedroom. We were spending the night in watching our Badgers play in the NCAA tournament and it was super comfortable having the big kitchen and super comfortable sitting room. Our 17 year old slept on the sofa bed. More comfortable as a couch, but L-shaped couch was very comfy. The social/happy hour and breakfast both very good. We had a rental car so it only took 6-8 min to get to airport. Great hotel!

I stayed there for one night on my way to Vail. These are mini suites, with breakfast included and complimentary shuttle. My transit times were 7AM and 11PM, but the shuttle brought me to/from the airport as expected.
Unlike some of my fellow reviewers who were focusing on the shuttle schedule, the thickness of the towels or the angle of the TV, I am rating this place 5 stars because you have to put things in perspective: for ~100 bucks it doesn't get any better than that. I have been in hotels that were just a tad better for 200 (without wifi or breakfast). The room was large, comfortable, with good bedding, fresh and clean, which is the most important to me. Breakfast was included as a plus - with a person making omelettes on demand (again, keep price in mind, don't expect brunch). I got a good night sleep and I felt it was quite an upgrade from the usual "budget" airport hotels. I will return there next time I have to spend a night at the airport.

As with most all Hyatt house hotels, I was very pleased once I got to the property. Very nice suite sized rooms with kitchens. Friendly staff, free breakfast, and very clean. I caution those expecting an efficient transport to and from the hotel. From the curb at the airport to the check-in counter took 50 mins...and the hotel is only 6 miles away. We stopped 3 times around the terminal and once out at the rental car area. The primary problem is that they only operate one shuttle every 45 mins...and the shuttle is actually a van that hold 8-9 passengers. Once I finally got there I was told that the first 3 shuttles were already fully booked. Disappointing. On a positive note, the older gentleman driving the van was fantastic and helpful. Go recommend if you stay here, take the $15 taxi.

There are incredible amounts of places to stay near the airport, but this is tops. Breakfast is great, nice nook. Staff is generally friendly and very helpful. Rooms are always clean, and internet is fast. East on off and over to airport.

LIKES:
Close to airport, free shuttle (see more below), clean throughout, large fast elevators, quick check-in at front desk.

Nice kitchen amenities in the room (sink, microwave, stove and full-size refrigerator). Good room lighting, and a usable computer work-desk with free internet.

The bed was comfortable bed. Nice bathroom with HUGE shower I would love to have at home, and decent lighting.

The room was quiet except for the garbage truck in the parking lot at 5:30AM. Note to management: have them come a little later so they don't wake up the guests!

The HVAC was efficient and maintained the temperature.

While the free breakfast won't intimidate the folks at IHOP, the pancakes and eggs were surprisingly tasty and hot.

DISLIKES: (not many, but hard to describe succinctly)
The room floor-plan is not my favorite, as there is a partial wall divider between the 'living area and the 'bedroom area creating a rather narrow pathway on either side. While there is nothing the hotel can do about it now, I think it's a poor architectural design and hope they don't design all of their Hyatt House properties this way.

Wish it had the magnifying mirror in the bathroom like other brands of Hyatt properties

Towels were thin and rough--surprisingly out of place considering the shower is so nice and the overall quality feel of the room.

The TV is on a pivot pole allowing it to swivel 180 degrees for the living area or the bed area. Unfortunately, the wiring is too short so that when the TV is rotated to the bed, there is insufficient cable length to allow the cable box to directly face the guest, rendering the remote almost useless since it cannot get a good "line of sight" target. A better system would have been to mount the cable box on top of the TV (with a bracket) so that it pivots WITH the TV. Small complaint but an annoyance.

Shuttle service should operate every 30 minutes, not every 45. I know I'm not the only guest to complain about this. Hopefully management will eventually heed the message.

Room Tip: Until they change the garbage pickup schedule, get a room away from the front parking area.

Our flight was cancelled due to weather and we had to find accommodations close to the airport as we were only staying for 16 hours. This hotel's concierge/front desk person was so friendly and helpful. The hotel is fortunate to have staff that care so well about their guests. Also wonderful was the ability to buy beer and wine in the "store", free shuttle to the airport and food delivery to our room from a local eatery. The breakfast was awesome. Made to order omlettes with fresh fruit and other goodies. I would highly recommend the Hyatt Place for any stay needing to be close to the airport.
