“It IS a Four Seasons”
Reviewed 9 August 2012

All I need to state is that Four Seasons Denver easily rises to the level that I expect of a Four Seasons property [having stayed at a half-dozen others]. Four Seasons staff are friendly without being obsequious, and are always helpful. Especially high grades go to the front desk [which doubles as the concierge desk] and to the wait staff in the restaurant.

I'm a swimmer, and this property has a very nice lap pool.

The one room for improvement: The Edge restaurant, though good, could still learn something from the Sidecut steakhouse at Four Seasons Whistler [which is as good as, or better than, Peter Luger].

My one night stay at this hotel was very nice. I was on the 15th floor with incrediable views of downtown.
The room was very nice. It is large by city hotel standards. It has a large wardrobe closet in the hallway, a desk & 2 chairs, a coffee bar w/Nepresso (no charge).
The bathroom was very nice. It had a soaking tub, seperate shower w/ a regular shower head & a rain head.
The TV in the vanity mirror was nice, but a "low signal" kept it from being anything more than frustrating. Probably operator error, but come on it's a TV how hard should it be to use?
I ordered room service for dinner and breakfast. I must say that I was not impressed. Bummer, because usually Four Season meals are good anywhere, room, pool, restaurant. The service portion was absolutely terrific; which almost made up for the bad food.
The following is just my pet peeve: In a downtown hotel why are they charging for wireless internet? If we were on an island or somewhere remote it would be much easier to take.
Thank you for reading.

I will keep this short and sweet. I highly doubt there is another hotel in Denver that can compare to the level of customer service that we've experienced at the Four Seasons! We were there to celebrate a special birthday and had 3 rooms - 1 executive and 2 kings. The whole experience was great - from the valet, front-desk, pool personnel, Edge Bar (Derek and crew, you rocked!), Edge Restaurant, gym, etc, everyone was so friendly but not in an intrusive way. The hotel is also in the best location - 2 to 3 blocks of the best restaurants, bars, etc. that in the 3 days we were there, we never took a taxi anywhere but to go to the airport. Everything is within walking distance. I highly recommend this place to anyone - for business or pleasure!

Room Tip: Obviously, the higher floor the better especially if you get the mountain views!!!

We stayed at Four Seasons for our 5 year anniversary and loved it. It was our first time in a four seasons and we were blown away. Rooms clean, hotel was beautiful, and the staff was amazing. AA++ all around.

This is a modern style Four Seasons located in downtown Denver. It's across the street from some nice restaurants and it has a great steakhouse of its own, Edge. The hallways are beautiful and paneled with wood. The corner room I had was beautiful, spacious and comfortable. There was a very striking bathtub in the bathroom and while it looked "cool", it didn't really work very well. The faucet was set back and barely reached the tub so it resulted in water leaking all over. So, my suggestion is to go a little less "cool" and more practical. But all in all a great hotel with gracious service.

Just returned from a two night stay over a weekend with my wife. We chose the property because of the reviews, location, and to splurge a little and we were not disappointed. Convenient to many good restaurants, brew pubs, and shops, the property is a good way to visit downtown Denver. We picked a corner king suite for the views and large bath facing the Rockies - amazing views to wake up to each morning. We also enjoyed drinks at the pool, dinner at the nice steakhouse on site (bone-in, pecan wood grilled ribeye melted in your mouth), and also took advantage of the spa. Overall, I can highly recommend the property. Like every Four Seasons at which I've stayed, all of the staff went out of their way to ensure we had an excellent stay.

we stayed here for the weekend recently and enjoyed our stay very much. the rooftop pool is lovely (although it could do with more shade seating). the rooms are lovely, staff very helpful and polite. my only complaint would be that the food at the pool bar is really not nice at all. service is slow and the results are underwhelming to say the least. happily we were heading out and not that hungry anyway but still - not what I would expect at a hotel of this grade.
