My hotel's restaurant was being updated, so I ate several meals at Edge, the amazing hotel in the Four Seasons. The menu is quite varied, so each night I tried something different. Five stars to the grilled scallops, but the real star of the menu is the salad with goat cheese and three kinds of beets: I ate it four nights in a row and am going to try to replicate it at home.
Also, the hotel service was exceptional. Waiters, reception staff, and even the chef were the soul of hospitality.More
