Stayed here one night to attend Rockies game. Everything is within walking distance, so location is great. Love the managers cocktail reception and the breakfast was delicious. It's nice to stay at a downtown hotel that you can open the windows, little noisy, but nothing like fresh air especially on a cool Rocky Mountain evening. The bed was super comfy as were pillows. The bar area spacious and friendly. The bartender named Sunny was terrific and her attitude and friendlyness suited her name:) Nice gym, small pool that was crowded with noisy people, so a quick dip and I was outta there. Highly recommend.

This hotel was the perfect location for the conference at the Convention Centre, it was located just in front of it. Excellent service, friendly staff and nice hotel overall. Valet parking is the only option available for $33 per day, but there are options for cheaper paid parking in front or next to the hotel. The breakfast has lot of options and is very tasty and also with wonderful service at the buffet and your table. Sometimes the line to the breakfast buffet would be really long. Rooms are spacious and clean. Price is a bit on the high side but definitely a recommended hotel to stay for business or pleasure.

1. Location - Perfect – everything you need within walking distance. Doesn’t seem to be in a bad part of downtown. I didnt have any issues with walking around the area late at night.

2. Valet Parking – At first I thought it was a total rip off at $33 a night but then we checked the two lots right next to the hotel and although they were cheaper, they did not allow you to come n go – so it would be a big gamble to park there and hope when you got back that your space is still open so you can use the same ticket – either that or you have to pay again for a new spot. And trust me we had a room right across the street and there was always someone there scanning the lot and writing tickets. So in the long run the $33 wasn’t too bad especially since the car was brought to you and parked, and remained safe and secure all night without worry.

3. Breakfast – Variety is GREAT. Food tasted good. But the line is ridiculous. And it’s all because of the cook to order omelet bar at the END of the line. It didn’t take me long to figure out why the line was moving SOOOO slow. People who were waiting for omelets were holding up the whole line. There should be a SEPARATE line for the omelet bar – not everyone wants one and it’s just crazy to make people who don’t want one wait in the same line as those who do. Fix that and the breakfast would be perfect.

4. Happy Hour – Schedule did not permit us to partake in it every night BUT it we made it the first night by 5 minutes and were able to double fist it. It’s a HUGE positive in picking somewhere to stay. I hope they never stop doing these manager receptions/happy hours.

5. Room – the bed was super comfy – lots of pillows. The bathroom was a tad dirty – I found some hair on the floor and the tile in the shower was a bit moldy. I liked the safe in the closet. That was great. Ironing board, coffee maker, microwave and mini fridge. Our room was the double queen and it was a great size. (the hallway could use a makeover though – the carpets were very stained).

6. Staff – very friendly and helpful. The front desk runs in super slow mo, though. It would be nice if they kicked it up a gear or two.

Overall it was a great stay. I would give it 4 stars but the price was a bit much IMO. I would definitely stay there again but with hopes of finding a better deal on the rates.

Hello and thank you for stayiing with us. We are pleased to know how much you enjoyed your stay and recognize that you were our guest during a very busy city-wide event, a time during which all Denver hotels charge premium rates. Our strong brand Embassy provides an advantage over all other brands in that we include free adult beverages and large assortment of evening snacks as well as a full American breakfast buffet, not to mention that all our hotel rooms are 2-room spacious suites.

Come back soon! :)

The most comfortable mattresses we have ever slept on! I need to find out exactly what mattresses they have! Complementary breakfast was exceptional, need more people making omelets on the weekend when they are the busiest!

Was downtown for seminar last week, being our seminar and meetings were three long days I suggested we stay nearby as a company retreat, I personally use hilton embassy suites for all my personal family and business stays and always, always only suggest embassy suites to everyone I know. Anyway it was my suggestion for the stay at the suites so I was excused early from our first day of seminar to go to the hotel and setup a block of rooms for twelve, to my shocked surprise when I went there I wasnt greeted the person was on a personal call for what seemed like five minutes she put that call on hold, finally I was asked if I could be helped. I didnt even finish explaining when she said Im sorry were all booked we unfortunately cannot accommodate that many rooms on this short notice, you will have to reserve ahead next time, then rudly got back on the personal call. Even the man that was in the lobby said wow thats not good. I left soo angry and upset, dont think I'd recommend again.
