“Interesting but not worth a special trip”
Reviewed 30 June 2014

This free, micro-museum takes only about 45 minutes to see, and has some interesting features (old currency and history of the US monetary system), but is basically a propaganda piece for the Federal Reserve. If you're in the area and interested in the Fed, it's OK for a short visit.

“Cool place. Money is cool.”
Reviewed 24 June 2014 via mobile

Small place, can tour pretty easily in 30 mins or so.
Very good audio tour. A near display containing 30 million dollars. Wish I could have played in it!

All in all a fun diversion for a short while. And you get a free sample of money....yep, free money. Hard to spend since it is shredded, but free none-the-less.

“It's free!”
Reviewed 21 June 2014

The small museum is free to visit. I was out taking my morning walk and fortunately brought my ID with me because you must show ID to enter and go through security. (I had nothing else with me other than my iPhone but found out my heart monitor was setting off the scanner!) You can call a number and listen to a free audio tour which provided more information. You can take a free bag of shredded bills (it makes good mulch). It was a nice way to spend 30 minutes. And it was free!

“Small but Interesting”
Reviewed 18 June 2014

Wife and I went here for a tour. There's a guard station out front with metal detectors, so leave your weapons in the car. Once inside, you'll see historical US currency, a display containing $30 million, a fraud detection section, and a create-your-own-currency set of rubbing plates. It's a very small Museum and doesn't take but about 30 minutes to complete, but it's still a neat visit.

“Got to see the Brand New $100 Bill”
Reviewed 9 June 2014

The money museum is short and sweet. Not much to see really, but it was exciting to be able to view the new $100 bills prior to being distributed.
