A group of 12 women for a friend's birthday party and the it was lackluster at best. The wine starts at $38 a bottle. Ridiculous for a bottle you can get for $15 at the store. We waited 1 hour and 10 minutes for our entrees. For our inconvenience we were comped 1 bottle of wine! When we went to pay, the waitress said 'we don't split bills'. WHAT? How hard is it to put $64 on each credit card?
We didn't ask her to go through the bill as to what each of us had. Then the waitress charged $65 on each credit card. The tip was already included in the bill. Food was ok. Salads were the best thing there. I travel all over the world on a weekly basis and this is one of the worst restaurants I've ever eaten at. Don't waste your time or money here.

I brought friends here for some wine and appetizers in between lunch and dinner. Service was good, and the food is consistently good, but not great. Cucina Colore was once an amazing restaurant, but in the last few years it has slipped to become a good restaurant. Quality seems to have eased a bit, and I feel it is in need of a makeover from the top on down.

A reservation on a Saturday night is necessary for this busy Cherry Creek restaurant. We arrived promptly at Cucina Colores at 6pm and were seated promptly by the host. Tracy our server, greated us immediately and warmly. I ordered a Cosmo on the rocks, my partner ordered a tea and the goat cheese appetizer. Great way to start a meal. The goat cheese was served warm and bubbly with a tangy marinara sauce. I chose the grilled red snapper chef special of the night. It was really delicious. It was surrounded by a generous portion of mixed vegetables of fingerling potatoes, carrots and snap peas on top of tomato purée. The other entree served was a meatball and sausage dish paired with very fluffy gnocchi in a bolagnaise sauce. Delish! My usual dessert of peach bread pudding swimming in a Carmel sauce was a great finish. The second dessert was a chocolate mousse cake that was constructed on a Oreo cookie crust. Very very nice. The whole anniversary dinner was perfectly served and prepared. Tracy our server was delightful.

Recently had a pleasant dinner at Cucina Colore in Cherry Creek... Food was good, service was excellent, and wine was a bit pricey. Four of us had a wide assortment of entrees and all were quite good, but none were truly memorable.
We would return for another good dinner, if we were to stay in this neighborhood again...

24 hrs of adult time with a meal that was for adults only. Walking distant from the JW Marriott on an evening that the weather in Dec. was more like spring. This along with good service and great food - served in a slow relax pace. Gave us time to have conversations that are seldom part of the work week.
