Servers were very nice and accommodating, but service was slow. It wasn't their fault, as they seemed to be stretched very thin. This seems to be characteristic of Jax; I had the same impression at the Boulder Jax when they first opened several years ago. Food is OK, but nothing to write home about. The management has the odd policy of not opening the upstairs deck on Monday and Tuesday, even though there seemed to be plenty of traffic to support it. Too bad, because it's a decent location with good views. It's situated in a "town center" enclave, which means that the ground-level outdoor eating areas are essentially located in a big parking lot.
