“Would stay here again”
Reviewed 16 August 2009

Came for a 2 night romantic getaway, picked this hotel because it was within walking distance of 16th st mall. Booked through AAA and got a great rate ($90/night) although we did not know it at the time. Hotel was nice- not as luxurious as, say MGM Grand in LV- but definitely a nice upgrade to your basic hotel. The lobby was elegant. The elevators are fast. The beds are THE most comfortable hotel beds I've ever slept in. There is no fan in the bathroom- is that normal? Room decor is nice but basic. Soap /shampoo /conditioner / hairdryer were all included. I think there was an iron & board. Everything in the room worked. Room was clean. East facing view was nice, although not quite as nice as a mountain view. Noise...well, I am a light sleeper so i hear everything. But it wasn't bad; I mostly heard the maids in the mornings opening doors. We decided to stay an extra night and forgot to call down, but it was not an issue. The location was fabulous- two drugstores within 2 blocks, 16th St mall in the summer is great! There are numerous restaurants/bars within walking distance. Einstein Bro bagels 2 blocks away had good breakfast sandwiches at 1:30pm in the afternoon and excellent customer service. Parking was expensive ($24/night) but we knew that going in. We left for a day and came back to find we could not park in the garage or use valet service, and had to park in the open lot next door ($20). That was annoying...but the hotel refunded our parking charge without a hassle. Overall customer service was good. A 24 hour hotel shop had dramamine (for amusement park rides); I was pleasantly surprised they had it. There was a lounge on the 27th floor that seemed to be hopping, although we did not go in. I'm still looking for that 'over the top' romantic / luxurious getaway... but overall, a very nice hotel and would stay here again.

This hotel is in the heart of Denver, close to the 16th Avenue Mall, and next door to the Convention Centre. It still feels brand new, even though it's five years old. Staff was incredibly helpful. The bar upstairs (on the 27th floor) offers fantastic views. From a location point, you could not ask for better. Incredibly helpful staff. The rooms were very nice as well, and as previously mentioned, the beds were superior. I hope that they maintain this hotel to the high standard that it is.

We took a spontanueous trip to Denver from Montana, and needed a nice place to stay. We called this place at the advice of friend from denver, and it was wonderful. There was a bit of confusion from the front desk staff (but hey- thats what i get for not planning and trying to be spontaneous).

Everything was gorgeous. The view and everything, The bed was comfiest i have ever slept in. It was quiet and everything worked in the room. I wish i would have asked them to put my room on the highest floor available to get a better view.

We got the fmaily vacation deal with gave us free breakfast in the morning in the hotel dining restaurant. The service was OUTSTANDING and delicious food.

Would stay here again ina second.

I was impressed with this hotel -- though my review may be a bit skewed because, as I recall, I'd been up for about 34 hours straight before hitting the pillow. Glorious bed, comfy pillow, and the standard room accoutrements were all nice. The front desk service was pleasant; the wake-up call was actually a live person. The doorman/bellhops are especially attentive here. Particularly nice was the area in the expansive lobby where you can sign in for your flight and print your boarding pass before leaving for the airport.

I spent 5 nights at this hotel. It is an exceptional property with a wonderful staff - front desk, concierge, and restaurant. Convention facilities were convenient. Fitness facility top notch. FAST elevators which are important when on a short break from meetings.

I stayed one night here. The hotel is very modern and with all the fine amenities of this class of a hotel. The rooms are very attractive with excellent linens and towels. The bed is extremely comfortable also. While no surprises is not exactly the best endorsement, this place does fulfill its mission so nicely that I thought I should submit this. You will not be disappointed. The restaurant, Altitude, has a lunch buffet daily at $16. The day I was there, the salad bar was excellent with many choices. There is also a grilled vegetable or a bit of an antipasto bar and that was just great. The theme that day was Indian so all the main courses were curries and some grilled meats, all very good. The dessert choices were great too and all inclusive and with drinks too. A great bargain in downtown any where.

Such a wonderful place to stay....I thoroughly enjoyed it. The staff were incredibly helpful, and the rooms were spotless! We got upgraded to a Mountain view, and the service was impeccable! It's located in the prime of Downtown, just minutes away from 16th St. Mall.

I will definitely be returning! This made Denver one of our favorite cities to come visit!!
