We ran across this hoping to find like minded souls - or at least a place we could feel comfortable in for a night out ... and this was the place. Very eclectic - a bar, a restaurant, a dance hall (with lessons and open dance upstairs) and a separate room which holds varying events (poetry readings, lectures, film screenings, etc).
The food was good, a bit over priced, but reasonable and we had a good time. The food is local and has a great vegan/vegetarian selection.
The exterior is as colorfully painted as the interior which has reds and blues and greens - eco friendly (check out the toilets and see what I mean) and fun, yet down to earth. The diversity we found there was great - hippies, goths, normal people etc... all fused together for a really fun atmosphere.
One thing though - the chocolate cake only LOOKS amazing. Save your money!
