“A New Favorite”

This was our first time staying at the Magnolia and we were more than pleased with the hotel. The staff, rooms, location are all wonderful. My adult daughter and I were coming to Denver for the weekend and on a whim we booked at the Magnolia rather than our one of our other favorites. The room is the size of a small apartment offering a full size kitchen with refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, microwave, mini coffee pot, full size dinning area with seating for six, living area, separate bedroom with king size bed, walk in closet, large bathroom. Everything is simply but beautifully decorated with up to date furnishings and electronics.

When asking for directions at the front desk they were very quick to offer a shuttle service and then left us with their card so that we could call when we were ready to be picked up.

Down the stairs from the lobby there is a very comfortable area with different kinds of seating, tables and chairs, couches and nooks where they hold a beer and wine reception in the early evening then later milk and cookies. In the morning they offer a nice breakfast with the normal continental fare, cereals, milk, oatmeal, fruit, yogurt, biscuits and gravy, coffee, tea and juices.

With all of this said we will stay here again and again.

Somehow they have turned an upscale and modern hotel into a place that feels very much like home! We had such a great time and were treated so well. The rooms are beautiful and clean. We stayed in the fireplace suite. It has two chairs rather than a couch, which was kind of a surprise, but other than that, it was just perfect! The beds and pillows are SO comfortable. Not many hotels can claim that.
The free happy hour and cookie buffet was fun and the breakfast was huge and uncrowded. The unfortunate part about breakfast for me was they didn't have any gluten-free or dairy-free options available besides a banana and an apple. But, I ordered (and paid for) some food off of their menu. I'm sure if I had mentioned my dietary restrictions I wouldn't have had to pay. I just didn't even think of it. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone!

We had read good reviews about the Magnolia on Trip Advisor and yes....it lived up to our expections! We had a one bedroom suite that was very spacious and comforable for my husband and I plus our 15 year old son (he slept on a rollaway bed in the living area). Magnolia is very centrally located in downtown Denver and Tim, the Concierge, was extremely helpful and friendly. Buffet breakfast was of a good standard but be punctual as they lock the doors into that area at 9am sharp! Highly recommend a visit to the Museum of Nature & Science - absolutely fascinating and we're not usually big on museums. It's only a short cab ride from The Magnolia. We also enjoyed Cherry Creek Mall - great if the weather is bad and you feel like some retail therapy!

This hotel is always wonderful. The service is great, the decor is comfortable, and the perks (free drinks, etc.) add a nice touch. I would easily live in this hotel if I made enough money.

The Magnolia is located in a great area without being right in the middle of it all. We had a great time while out and came back to a quite comfortable room. The large tub was great and the optional lighting was great! Happy hour was a bit crazy, but milk and cookies was right on time! The staff was polite and eager to help and tell us the best options for getting around town. If you are staying in Denver..,,the Magnolia is the place to stay!

Booked at the last minute for two days to accommodate weekend plans. Service was good as normal. Asked for a higher room floor and they could only put me on the 4th. Room was very clean but it was the smallest room I have stayed in there. The layout was a bit odd and not really that comfortable for two people. The location cannot be beat for downtown Denver. The breakfast was ok, the late night cookies are a good treat.
