Love the bed time cookies and hot beverages provided between 8-10pm every night in the lounge, which has a water fountain, pool table, and book shelves with plenty of books. It's certainly my favorite things to do at night before bed time. The staff are nice and the door men are very friendly. The breakfast is enough to kick start the day, not a 5 stars breakfast that I would hope for though. I stayed there for 5 nights and I can remember it all: scramble eggs, country sausages/bacon, oatmeal, yogurt, bread, cereals (three types), orange/cranberry/apple juice, fruit (bananas, oranges, and apples) coffee and tea. The location is fabulous, on the 17th street, about 3 mins stroll to the famous 16th street mall. They gave me a quiet room with a mountain view. Overall, it is a very homely hotel with great rooms, good services, and love the bed time cookies.
